Friendly staff that went above and beyond. The hotel was beautiful. While we only had booked for one night, i wish i couldve stayed longer. That’s how beautiful the hotel was.

My experience at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing due to location, pricing, and service issues.
Location & Transportation:
The hotel is quite isolated. Uber service in the area was very unreliable during our stay, leaving us dependent on the hotel’s private transport services. The rates charged were, in our opinion, extremely high—for example, we were charged 45 Soles for a 5-minute drive.
Guest Care & Service:
Overall, additional services at the property felt overpriced. More concerningly, when I suffered from severe altitude sickness and requested oxygen assistance, the staff declined to provide it, stating my condition was not severe enough. As a guest feeling unwell, this lack of support was very distressing.
Dining:
Compared to other dining options in the region, we found the food quality and taste at the hotel restaurant to be below expectations for this price point.
