Our staying in Santafe Boutique Hotel was really great! The rooms have everything that you need for comfort stay of 2 people. There is a spacious wardrobe closet, very comfy bed and pillows, the working desk, bathroom is very spacious and comfy, girls can put all the important things there:). I like that hotel has a lot of wood, that feels very cozy and homie. The cleaning is everyday, which makes stay very pleasant especially when there are 2 people in the room. The breakfast was amazing!! Really various, not the same everyday, scrambled eggs, cheese, fruits, toasted bread, additional protein (ham, rice with meat, chicken with veggies), arepas / empanadas, fruits, coffee/chocolate, milk, juices, cereals. The Staff is excellent, very kind, professional and helpful!! The lobby has a small bar and very spacious comfy space with sofas and table with chairs. Ah! And is greaaat tempreture in the room, for Bogota is very important, I use long sleeve good fabric pijamas but some hotels are too cold, here is super!! And the view on mountains is stunning. And wifi was good enough for my working calls and work overall. I think is very unique place in the district, has great value for money and location is very safe. In front in 2 min across the street there is a supermarket Carulla, there you can buy bottled water and have launch/dinner for veery reasonable price and quality is good!! Also there is a lot of places to have launch/dinner outside around. Just next to hotel there is La Taqueria - is very good food there. And great coffee in Cooking 3rothers 116, great coffee and pastry in Jade Pimont, and tasty coffee in Cafe del Rio (not far from Carulla). Also just 10 min of pleasant walk there is a big mall Unicentro and a great Country park (ex. golf court, very sunny take a cap or umbrella). It is very convinient to go from here to any location on taxi or in walking distance. It was super great location for me.

I think there should be a hair dryer in the room. For ladies is important. But they will give you one in the reception if you ask. And I think they should leave 2 toilet papers in the room each day for 2 people in the room:) For breakfast also would be great to support everyday neutral type of protain which everyone can eat, sometimes is just pork and I can not eat pork.

Everything was the way it should be. Great Location, Great Service, breakfast was great

I was expecting much more from a 5 stars hotel! the room is very basic and quite old, no water bottles offered. the first night we’ve requested a blanket because the room was very cold but those never arrived. we were very jet-legged , I’ve been waiting awake for 2h on purpose but slept in cold at the end. the day after we complained and that was fixed promptly , but still not acceptable
