About this house rental
Maunga View is a modern and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with uninterrupted views looking towards the rolling hills and Coronet Peak. The home is well equipped and offers guests a warm and welcoming stay with many home comforts.
Conveniently located, Maunga View offers great proximity to The Remarkables ski field, perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, it`s just a short drive from the international airport and shopping centres, ensuring you have easy access to everything you need during your stay. It`s a perfect holiday home for a family or a group of friends.
The designer kitchen is every wannabe’s Chef’s dream and flows seamlessly into the open plan dining and lounge area. Heating is no issue; Enjoy the log burning fire place in the Winter months as well as wall panel heaters in each bedroom.
The separate TV room allows groups or families to have the whole dining and lounge area for relaxing in. The bi-folding windows and doors allow an indoor/outdoor flow onto the terrace area where many BBQ’s in Summer can be enjoyed.
Maunga View 3 bedrooms; Two rooms have Queen Beds, built-in wardrobes, bedside cabinets and the third bedroom is smaller and sleeps 3 with a Single Bed and 2 Bunkbeds.
The 2 tiled bathrooms are tastefully fitted with double vanities, toilets, showers, heated towel rails, underfloor heating and one of them has a large bath to soak in too.
There’s a secure double garage and a full laundry available at the property.
Due to local council regulations, the maximum number of guests allowed is 7. Infants are not charged, but they must be included in the total guest count.
This is a lovely, country side location yet so handy to the Queenstown Bike Trials, the Queenstown Airport, two large shopping centres for all convenience yet only a 12km drive into downtown Queenstown. This property would be most suitable for guests who plan to have a car.
Guest will have access to the whole house. Guests can arrive at their own leisure any time after 3pm as the self check-in details for the property are emailed to you 5 days prior your arrival. There`s no personal meet & greet for this property.
Linen & Towels, Wifi and basic set-up consumables are included.

Phenomenal property that was perfect for our family getaway of 4 adults with 3 young kids. The location is perfect… close to town, yet feels secluded with beautiful views. Easy launching point to ski and tour. Well equipped kitchen and lots of space to relax and spread out. We also enjoyed having the laundry amenities and nice appliances. Sparkling clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful and tranquil setting, the views of the ski slopes and mountains really spectacular and unhindered. House was very comfortablely heated with all amenities provided for. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

This property is truly stunning, in a beautiful, quiet and picturesque location. We could not fault it, and cannot wait to return. By far one of the best holiday accomodations that we have had the pleasure to stay in. Thank you so much!
