Es un precioso Hotel, en un espacio inmejorable. Se nota mucho el cuidado en el entorno. El personal muy atento y amable. El Restaurante es de muy buena calidad y encantador entorno.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick ins Lubreon; großzügige, geschmackvolle Zimmerausstattung; wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Naturpool und zur Grünanlage; sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Luberons; sehr hilfsbereiten Receptionsteam, das sich um alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche gekümmert hat; sehr vielseitiges und hochwertiges Frühstücksbuffet; sehr schöner Wellnessbereich; hoher Wohlfühlfaktor

Eigentlich nichts; wenn wir etwas anmerken sollen vielleicht, dass die Bistroküche zwar ok, aber etwas überteuert ist; das Essen im Fine-Dining-Restaurant war gut, im Vergleich mit anderen Sterne-Küchen, die wir in Deutschland kennenlernen durften, aber im Service etwas steif-altbacken und in der Anrichtung etwas zu stark auf Effekt getrimmt, da könnte man das Essen ruhig für sich selbst sprechen lassen; soll aber den insgesamt tollen Eindruck nicht mindern

All of the staff were really helpful and kind.

The pool area is tired. Rusty beds & dirty cushions. I never saw a member of staff cleaning the area either, which meant when you lay face down, you just saw hair and dirt over the floor. Breakfast buffet was on a first come first serve, so if you went later on as they weren't replenishing items, you'd be missing out. Also, every day is exactly the same, no change in breakfast. Gym is the worst 5* hotel gym I've ever come across, seems there was a lack of interest when putting it together 10+ years ago. The hotel owner and her dog tended to appear, almost as if she was judging both her staff and us, the guests. This makes for an uncomfortable situation. The chairs and dining tables in the outside restaurant look like something from a cheap 2* hotel, in addition, random photos of chickens and other animals really mean the aesthetic of this hotel is so confused, is it a childs farmyard or a 5* hotel?
