Decent.
Excellent large rooms. Quiet. Clean.
The food was terrible. They served an essence of porcini mushrooms but it was just a regular stock, overpowered by the taste of bacon, without any mushroom taste. Obviously, they didn’t have the essence, but instead of being frank, they tried to fool us. Also it took ways too long to serve the main dish.

A true 5 star hotel
A true 5 star hotel: From the first class (and friendly) check-in to the quality of every fixture and fitting, this is a really impressive hotel. I particularly liked the gym facilities. A huge range of high end equipment, and there was a separate room to use for yoga/ personal exercise (when not used for classes), the pool was lovely with many places to sit or lounge by. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was healthy and inventive, the wine selection impressive. Every member of staff I met was helpful and friendly .

Lovely and relaxing weekend
Once upgraded the room was incredibly beautiful and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, spacious balcony, large shower, great product for self care. The spa is one of the most beautiful ever been!
The room booked on booking.com was far below as it looked like in the picture and the price too high for that quality. We had to upgrade the Room for 120 more EUR to get a good one worth the money. The one upgraded, was far better and very comfy. The dinner was not outstanding as expected from this level, but good enough

Superb
Great hotel. Large spa area. Various saunas and relaxation areas. Excellent and comfortable rooms. Everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. The service is excellent.
We were not informed that there is a covered parking for guests. Unfortunately, the dinner did not meet expectations - beautiful, but not tasty. The main disappointment.

One of the best hotels I would definitely go back soon
very comfortable bed, great food. Beautiful SPA area. Staff are very friendly and super attentive. We felt really welcome and cared all the time.
Food quality across different restaurants in the hotel property might not be the same (e.g I found the Övenhütte wasn’t so good as the others)
