New house in a gated community in the Morrinhos neighborhood, Garopaba / SC. The house is complete with bedding, towels, beach chairs, appliances and kitchen utensils.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 1 toilet, 1 double suite, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with 1 semi-double bed, 1 single bed and 1 auxiliary bed. There is the possibility of receiving up to 10 people with 2 puffs in the room, who have become single or double beds. They can also be placed in the bedrooms.
Laundry with washer-and-dry machine.
Brand new furniture and appliances of a high standard. Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, electric oven.

For those who do not know the neighborhood, this is a very good neighborhood for families to go to the beach, with most new houses of good standard. It is close to the center but the beach is not so crowded because before the "little hills" started there were only 5 blocks of houses.

La casa es muy linda, los detalles estan muy cuidados, todo nuevo, de buena calidad, la ubicación muy buena, el condominio tranquilo y muy arreglado. Los propietarios son muy amables y dispuestos a todas las necesidades de los huéspedes. Volveria sin pensar! Una preciosa casa en un precioso lugar!
