The location is perfect for a secluded tropical getaway. Breathtaking view!! But for anyone who wanna do some shopping in the city, it'll take around 40mins-1hr to get there.
WiFi is pretty strong for me and my friends. Though YouTube on the Smart TV keeps closing but the other applications works fine.
There are watersport activities available in the resort. The pools are great too! It's rare to see a 2.4m deep pool.
The staff are friendly and helpful. I got injured during my activity but the staff were quick to assist on treating me. I love that and appreciate it.
Breakfast is good. Would recommend coming in earlier though as most of the food will be gone by the last hour and will not be replenished.
Room maintenance could be better. The sink in my room is tilted forward. Abit scared that it might fall off anytime soon and there's always water contained in it.
On my planned beach day at the resort, there was a kelp invasion so some of the activities are not available. I was just unlucky on that day haha but the cleanup was fast though. So just a heads up that the watersport activities may be subject to sea conditions.

Beautiful location and the pools and food were nice
The beaches were littered and the bathrooms around the pool weren’t very clean. Seemed short staffed at the bars. Swim up bar not open.

Beach front view. Polite and patient staff
Poorly maintained room. We booked the tirta premier room with sea view. The view was the only thing great. Door knob was loose and difficult to open. Toilet no ventilation and you had to open the small rickety window to ventilate and close it quickly after to prevent mosquitoes from coming in. Shower floor really bad water ponding so it’s never dry and scum along the edges not cleaned. Fan switch has missing knob so can’t turn it on without first asking the technician who actually came promptly to teach us how to operate without the knob! Whenever it rains the roof in the passageways leaks so it’s hard to avoid getting wet.
