Zero hospitality and utter lack of professionalism, so much so that we left early from a prepaid stay NEVER to ever step

It wasn’t dirty other than than the stains on the hallway carpets

The management was horrible. They went out of their way to be inhospitable. Shamefully rude. The manager didn’t greet us or even acknowledge that we were standing in front of the front desk waiting to check in. He was absolutely incompetent or just trying desperately to be rude. The girl right next to him was ignorant and rude as well. Two days into our prepaid stay we told them we were leaving because they were ruining our vacation and the manager shrugged his shoulders. We have been visiting Forte for 30 years and have never seen such abhorrent behavior. It was terrible

Super clean boutique hotel that offered great service. The owner Sandro, his son Niche and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Can not wait to come back. Highly recommend.

Cozy stay and great hospitality

The property is very cozy, well designed, decorated and relaxing. You feel immediately an important host thanks to the great hospitality since the check in. The breakfast is regal (until noon!!) and the personnel is always very kind and careful.

Breakfast was delicious. Lovely staff and great service. Rooms with balcony were fairly basic but lovely balcony with amazing view. Air conditioning doesn’t work very well and bathrooms could do with updating. On the whole though a very comfy stay.

very far from the center..it take at least 25 minutes walking,,if you don’t rides bikes..no taxi available and when you find taxi it will cost a-lot..we bay 60 euro for 10 min ride at 2 am ( its late but the price is to much )

The hotel surpassed my expectations.

It was a small and charming hotel with a lovely garden. The staff was professional, along with being gracious and helpful. I locked the keys in my rental car and three of the staff came out to assist me. The breakfast had a large selection which choices to make any guest satisfied. I would stay there again!!

The location was amazing, nice cute boutique hotel and very homey. The breakfast was great.

NO ONE at the hotel spoke english except for one of the breakfast waitresses. The lady at the check in gave me a key and told me the room was on the first floor, I walk in the room and take out all my clothes and then the porter knocks on my door and says im in the wrong room. I mean how did my key open the room?? Then she started blabbing that it was her mistake and I couldnt understand anything. Customer service and communication were very poor. Bathroom looks very old but the room was nice.

Не было зарядных устройств для телефона. Точнее были шнуры, не было блочков. Но с утра я отдала телефон на зарядку на рецепшен
