staff took care of our car while in Lipari
Shower spills over the bathroom floor. Could have been designed a bit better.

We were upgraded to a larger room which was great but nothing worked in it
The TV was faulty, shower pressure was poor ,air cond not great. A few safety issues like power points loud and dangerous. Glass wardrobe door faulty
