We stayed with our family of seven for just one night, but that was enough to truly appreciate the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great amenities, and the buffet was very good. The location is unbeatable—right inside the station, with plenty of shopping options nearby. Overall, an excellent stay in a fantastic location!

Great location, amenitites were excellent, good facilities, rooms are small but normal for Japan.

The staff hovering in reception were fastidious and overpowering at times. Some were better than others. Their management of people led to an unfortunate incident whereby I was physically blocked from joining my wife at the counter where she was organising a late checkout. The employee had a poor command of English which for an international hotel was inadequate and caused the problem. I was dressed casually and was judged to be a threat, it seemed, despite being a 65 old man. I did explain to him, he did not understand and blocked me from entering the area in an agressive manner. I was not touched as such but it left me feeling concerned, threatened and alarmed at the actions of the staff member who was stronger and younger than I. He positoined himeslf within a centremetre of my face. Do not wear a T-Shirt with a beer logo on or shorts! It is a touch pompous at times. It is a hotel for business people and not tourists from Australia. Wear your best shirt to visit reception!

I loved the location. It was right above the Osaka station.

The beds were uncomfortable. The springs on the bed seems to have been worn out and the pillows were really hard. All three of us woke up to back and shoulder aches.
