Location, good toiletries and ease of facilitation ( check in & out ).
Room carpet needs more cleaning and blanket needs to be pulled up with effort.

We liked the fact that it was near the train station.
If was a little confusing to find the hotel entrance.

I loved the location. It was right above the Osaka station.
The beds were uncomfortable. The springs on the bed seems to have been worn out and the pillows were really hard. All three of us woke up to back and shoulder aches.
