    I stayed here for 2 nights. It was clean and the bed was soft. The location made it so easy for shopping and sightseeing. I would come back here again.

    1. Overall, happy and satisfied. 2. Room size at 34m2, but feel a bit small (maybe space taken up by the bathroom which is spacious and practical). 3. Views : ok, facing Hanshin 4. Housekeeping: needs some improvement, not very detailed works considering is in this room type. Tissue paper on the carpet not removed even after my 5th night. Blanket edges torn. Plastic bags placed beside the bin in bathroom not thrown away (one of the days). 5. Check out same floor not available (think available only during normal office hours) 6. Executive lounge: limited food, not attractive, just a small incentive for this room type. 7. Location : superb 8. Main highlight staying in this room type is the security, quietness (no children running along corridor, cannot hear door slamming etc), consistent water pressure. In any case, we would highly recommend this room type to all and will definitely stay here again should we come to Osaka again. Thank you All for the hard works. Note : Reviews are subjective, as each individual expectation is different.

    The room size was too small. Very confusing to access to the hotel by car.
