Nice hotel stuff friendly location good you can find anything anytime can't get bored nice shop and restaurants close to hotel. Only hotel car parking little far a way but still good and valuable. Definitely next time I will use again.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Convenient location, if you don't mind walking a bit to the city's most famous attractions.
Staff spoke little to no English. We also experienced trouble with our WiFi, which took some time to be solved.

It's only a minute walk away from the Cankaya metro station and a few minutes away from Kemeraltı bazaar. The reception staff was always friendly and welcoming. The room was large enough and clean. It is almost value for money.
My room was on the street side, so it was quite noisy in the evenings. I needed to use my earplugs to be able to sleep. Although my room was a non-smoke one, it was smelling smoke so badly that I needed to sleep the windows open which made the room even noisier. The pillows were comfortable but they didn't have a pillow protecter under the pillow case. I asked my room to be cleaned (I put a sign on the door) in my first day of stay but I found the room untouched when I was back in the evening. The breakfast buffet has room for improvement for a 3 star-hotel in Izmir, a city is known with a rich variety of dairy products, herbs, olives and fruit.
