About this house rental
House built in 2017 for 7 people, consists of two heights on a plot of one thousand square meters.
Ground floor of 100 square meters that has 2 bedrooms with a 1.50x2m bed and another one with 2 beds with wardrobes, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, soap and double towels. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DVD, satellite, covered terrace with furniture.
The first floor has a room with a 150x2m bed, a wardrobe, a bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, soap, double towels and a room with a TV and a sofa bed, a terrace with sea views.
The pool with solarium and 6 hammocks, rustic garden area and barbecue.
The house has WIFI, heating and air conditioning in all areas.
Parking area for 3 cars
A few meters from the house there are two beaches / coves, one sandy and one rocky, you can also visit other beaches by car which are about 15/20 minutes away. Also near the house several excursions begin in the mountains and in the Levante park.

A lovely modern villa, very clean with a fabulous outdoor area to enjoy the Majorcan weather. Lots of towels and the welcome pack was a nice touch. A secure and safe property to use as a base when visiting the eastern coast of Majorca. Betlem is a quiet hamlet ideal for unwinding and relaxing.

Enjoyed the stay in Lluis‘ Villa a lot.
Everything was clean, modern and well equipped. Also the communication with our host was easy with quick response in case of any questions.

We had a really lovely stay. The villa is really well appointed and nice and spacious especially for a family of 4. It is situated in a very quiet spot between the mountains and the bay of Alcudia. The pool was an ideal size for our two children to play in every day. There is a restaurant in the village called Casablanca which we really enjoyed and visited on a couple of evenings. The nearest big town is Arta (about a 15 minute drive) with a great market on a Tuesday. A hire car is definitely needed if you want to visit beaches etc.
Communication with Lluis (the owner) was great via WhatsApp after the initial booking and he provided all the information needed. The only criticism we would have is there need to be a few more cooking utensils (wooden spoons/fish slice etc) and some decent sized coffee cups wouldn't go amiss and perhaps som barbecue tongs. Other than that this was a great place to stay and ideal for our purposes!
