Hotel gut gelegen, direkt zum Wandern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Essen war gut, Frühstücksbuffet könnte noch abwechslungsreicher sein. Wellnessbereich sehr schön .
Zimmer schön ,war aber teilweise nicht sauber. Ein Aufzug meiner Meinung zu klein und für Gäste und Personal zu wenig. Beide Whirlpool funktionieren nicht, blubbert zu schwach.

The sauna has great condition and staff is very friendly and easy going. Everything was above expectation. The food was very nice and the buffet very complete. The dinner service was very good as well.
The lunch was not very nice, mainly some left over from breakfast. Was ok but not a full meal.

Lokacija, osoblje u restoranu, bazen.
Osoblje na recepciji (ne svi) nisu komunicirali na profesionalan način. Na moje traženje da mi pojasne zašto nemam pravo na ručak ako sam platio puni pansion davali su neprimjerene i netočne odgovore. Hrana nije bila na razini hotela i cijene. Glavno jelo na večeri ispod normativa za odraslu osobu, a za ručak nije bilo glavnog jela već samo salata i juha.
