There was actually nothing I didn't like about the hotel

Overall it serves as a good hotel for someone who doesn’t want to go the city centre often. Apart from that the location has good food places around it so that won’t be a problem.

Most things were not adequate for holiday makers. For example they need to clarify that this is exclusively a club for locals with hotel facilities and not the other way around. The gym and swimming pool were mostly occupied by locals. And on weekends there was classes with children so impossible to use. Outdoor pool was closed despite no prior warning. Breakfast was the same every single day, and was already put in the plate covered with cling film. The salad was not fresh. There was no variety of tea and coffee during breakfast. It was very difficult to even get milk. The staff during breakfast looked like they were not bothered at all. The staff in the hotel reception were helpful. Also it’s very far from sultan Ahmet so we had to take transit every day which wouldn’t have been a problem if the hotel facilities were better. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who’s going exclusively as a tourist. Best to pay more and get a closer hotel to sultan Ahmet.
