The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The staff really made an effort to assist us with any inquiry we had. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s restaurant is outstanding, one of the best dinner spots in Livigno. The rooms were very clean and cleaned very well every day. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rooms with excellent location and great breakfast

Reception staff very unfriendly and seem to not be interested in their guests. Simply there to look at their computer screens. Did not show you to your room, but simply told you your room number and pointed in a direction. Did not greet us once when arriving or leaving the hotel. Need sincere hospitality training. We felt that as guests we were simply an inconvenience to them.

Our room looked different than the one pictured, a lot of noise from restaurant, staff looked like they do not care about foreigners, during breakfast they offered coffee only to Italians and ignored our table and table next to us

Hotel Astra is a very nice and cosy hotel with friendly staff and good value for money.

Breakfast was continental and there was more or less everything. Rich buffet breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty.

On the beds were waterproof covers over mattresses under cotton sheet. That caused bad sleep, because I was getting hot. I took me one day to find out and get rid of it.

Slap bang in the middle of winter wonderland

the hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance from everything.

The Restaurant was overpriced and the room was tiny. Television only played Italian channels which I suppose is the norm. Rooms aren't soundproof as the structure is made from wood - we even heard the man next door being sick after having had too much to drink! Condensation from the sky window in the roof dripped on us in the night but other than that it is a good stay- should be less expensive for what you get though.

Frequentiamo molto volentieri Livigno.

Colazione molto ben assortita. Ambiente molto carino.

Mi ha deluso la camera di dimensioni troppo piccole. Avevo scelto quella più grande di dimensioni e anche più costosa. Il risultato è stato deludente. Il bagno, pur essendo carino, aveva il WC incastonato tra il muro e la doccia e avevamo difficoltà a sederci (pur essendo di corporatura media). Armadio con appendini insufficienti. Fatto richiesta alla reception senza alcun esito.

Passte für uns prima.

Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber dennoch an recht guter Lage im langgezogenen Livigno. Es gibt viele Aussenparkplätze und eine (nach meiner Erinnerung kostenpflichtige) Garage zum Parken. Hunde sind willkommen, unser Zimmer war schön, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet tiptop. Das angeschlossene Restaurant halten wir für empfehlenswert und haben unser Essen dort genossen. Weitere Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt gegenüber. Kurz und gut: Wir würden wieder dort übernachten. --- PS: Wir hatten eine ruhige Nacht (Nebensaison), aber womöglich geht im Winter hier abends die Post ab. :-)

Soggiorno in un luogo bello dove si mangia bene e offre molte possibilità di svago. Con alcuni dubbi

La colazione, la gentilezza dello staf.

le dimensioni della camera, il "piumone" pesante e che faceva caldo in maniera eccessiva, quando è stato chiesto qualcosa di meno "caldo" ci sono state date 2 coperte senza lenzuolo quindi inutilizzabili. La scoperta al momento del conto che il parcheggio era a pagamento, la tassa di soggiorno di ben 5 euro inserita dal mese prima mentre noi si era prenotato ben 7 mesi prima, e la richiesta di 15 euro a notte per cane. RITENGO CHE LE SPESE EXTRA DEBBANO ESSERE SPECIFICATE IN MANIERA CHIARISSIMA E SENZA OMBRA DI DUBBIO AL MOMENTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE.

Bardzo dobre śniadania i to by było na tyle...

Z cała pewnoscią można pochwalić śniadania w obiekcie. Zdecydowanie odbiegały one na plus od całej reszty (zarówno samo jedzenie jak i obsługa wyśmienite). Lokalizacja też była dobra, choć hotel jest połoźony nieco dalej od centrum miejscowości.

Nieprzyjemna i mało pomocna obsługa na recepcji. Zameldowano nas w pokoju od strony wjazdu na parking, który wlasnie był przebudowywany. Cały dzień trwały głośne prace budowlane i wszystko było zakurzone. Nie można było korzystać z tarasu. W trakcie naszego pobytu w pokoju panowie budowlańcy zaczęli rozmontowywać balkon przynależący do naszego pokoju. Pani w recepcji udawała, że nie rozumie o co mamy pretensje i stwierdziła, że przecież może nas przenieść do innego pokoju. To po co zameldowano nas w pokoju od strony trwającego remontu skoro były inne pokoje? Przy rezerwacji nie było informacji na bookingu że trwa remont. Zapłaciliśmy za ten pokój pełną cenę a ulokowano nas na placu budowy. Nawet nie usłyszeliśmy słowa przepraszam.
