Lovely room, nice and warm, comfortable beds, excellent food for breakfast.
The room above us was the dining room which made it very noisy all night / morning - lots of scraping of chairs/tables.

over all good clean friendly good vibes from staff and cleaners
Break fast was good hashbrowns undercooked often cold other wise good meals in evening good too had also very good always clean towels too ,
i booked and ask for single beds i got double which i have phobia sleeping in a large bed so didn't sleep well as bad back and like to be against wall shower temperature also didn't stay at temperature had to keep trying to get hot ,

A good run of the mill stay for a hotel in Stevenage.
The kids loved the pancake maker at breakfast and we were really pleased with the selection of items. Even as a vegetarian I found enough to make a hearty breakfast.
The noise throughout the night on the lower ground floor was strange. It was a lot of thunks and clunks every now and then which woke us up from time to time.
