The room was warm

The breakfast was Luke warm. The bed looked like it had been slept in before us, infact we slept on top of the quilt.One corridor smelt of cigarettes and drugs (marijuana).

room small, en-suite, the door hit the WC to close so almost unusable. Building work going on in adjacent room until late evening. Tried the in house Indian restaurant - food quite good but the room needs redecorating and re-wiring by the looks of it. A Maze of stairs and corridors to get to the room, and part of the way outside where unfortunately it was raining.

The staff was friendly and breakfast was nice

Needs updating, stain on bed, had shower and water was slowly going down drain so as stepped out shower was in puddle of water, thin walls, got woken up by families

I didn’t like a thing wasn’t the room I booked, room smelt as you walked in, couldn’t leave the window open as anyone could climb through easily, no air conditioning so really hot was constantly on edge, the most uncomfortable night I have ever had

Breakfast o.k. but we had to have it in a 20 min slot .we didn't understand the reason for this.

Air Con controls broken so couldn’t alter temps or turn off. Unit very noisy. Got bitten by insects badly during the night.

Good location, fair amount of parking, 2 restaurants on site. Very friendly lady member of staff at reception.

Hotel not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. The rooms were very spread out with lots or corridors and stairs no lift. Accommodation is clean and tidy but a bit tired. On arrival parking got me worried as it says pay and display but it’s free if you have pre booked at hotel or restaurants. It’s very close to the train line and my room was close the the extraction vent for the restaurant kitchen which meant noise until it closed.

Absolutely nothing!

It was disgraceful. I left with my 4 year old at 1am in the morning to another hotel! The bedding wasn’t changed from the last guest. It had stains on the duvet cover just turned over. The sheet was absolutely disgusting and had pubic hairs all over it. The heater was on full blast i went to reception and it took 30 min for him to call the ‘boss’ to come turn it of. And to add, some strange man walked into my room didn’t know where he was going. Was full of weirdos and people coming and going. Arguing, shouting. My own fault for not checking the reviews and going for cheap even though I had to fork out another £80 to stay at the hotel down the road!

I did not know the hotel rented out rooms to asylum seekers and to homeless awaiting accomodation ,the rooms are poor and dated ,the bathroom smelt of wee ,and the bed was broken and uncomfortable ,never slept properly ruined my next day for work . Never ever stay again.the breakfast was horrible .the door was broken into as it didnt lock properly either .....very poor surprised booking dot com allowed this accomadation on the website....very very dissapionted.the shower run cold .

When I arrived between 2-3 AM, reception was empty, no manager or administrator around and noone answered to my phone calls. Staff knew that I will arrive late at night, but still noone was there. So there was no chance to receive a key or card to my room. Had to leave and search for a new accomodation, though I had paid for this room at Oasis already. Really unpleasant experience.

The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable The staff were friendly. The location is good and just a two minute walk from the train station. The food is very nice. I strongly recommend The Oasis to anyone who is looking for a short break.

Nothing it was a sticky miserable room with lots of noise and the constant smell of curry from the restaurant below not a hotel

Absolutny zero .dirty hotel

Nothing went well, the place is falling apart. Room was filthy, stained bed sheets, toilet bowl not cleaned. Damaged plug socket, hole in the wall. Window falling off. Big gaps around the door frame. This is to name a few.

If it was flattened to the ground with the owner/s still in it.

I know this is an economy hotel but it could do with some maintenance. The window would not close meaning the road noise was noticeable. I shut the bathroom door from inside and had to get the wife to let me out.
