Holiday Inn Corby Kettering Hotel & Spa

Lovely hotel, room was great, very spacious, clean, quiet & more than adequate for my needs. Didn't use any of the facilities as it was just a 1 night stay to attend a competition nearby with my dogs so can't rate them but what areas of hotel I did see looked clean & well maintained. Staff were lovely & friendly Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

The staff deserve 100%, the value for money was excellent. The facilities were as one would expect and very good.

I would like to ask whoever designed the bathroom had they ever used it? Where was a proper towel Rail so your towels can dry and as the label on the wall last more than one day. There was a pathetic towel rail very low under the basin, impossible to reach and the towel touched the floor. A good vanity unit but the design incorporated a total dust trap behind the basin (was this difficult deliberately to hinder the staff) . Lighting was also not thought about with no downlights being correctly positioned for the mirror.

Dinner can be improved. First day we had steak was nice but second day had chicken breast with vegs and rice that chicken was dry rice has too much soya sauce and vegs not fresh.

As we were bringing our dog , it was the little detailed bits that were available for our dog, like the food/ water bowls and the dog bed. Also the quiet dog friendly area in the foyer which was suitable for eating your meals while bringing your dog with you without leaving them in the room. Also this area had water bowls and dog treats/ toys. Comfortable room with everything that you needed. Very helpful staff and service.

I come here twice a year to stay with my mum and bestfriend as a little life get away. After battling Cancer for 4 years, I now suffer with anxiety and get scared to go places and worry about germs but this hotel has exceeded my expectations each and everytime. Staff are absolutely AMAZING. Mel, Annnette, Monica, on the front desk, thank you as always for being so attentive, kind, funny and complimentary. If i have any concerns they are always on hand. The spa is always clean and tidy, rooms are spotless and always fresh. I honestly think your hotel should be the flagship of the franchise, but it's 100% the amazing staff that make this visit twice a year so special for me. Your customer service is exceptional. The location of the hotel is perfect as its close to the town centre, pubs, shops, restaurants. The hotelnis dog friendly and there are also a little play/chill area for children in the lobby. Don't hesitate to book a stay, you won't regret it.

My partner and I stayed at Holiday Inn Corby Kettering A43 by IHG, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly prepared, giving us a cozy space to relax after travelling. A special thank you to Kasia, who made our room absolutely spotless - her attention to detail really made a difference. We booked the half board option, and it was absolutely worth it. The dinner was delicious, with generous portions and great flavours. Breakfast was just as impressive - plenty of tasty food choices, all fresh and well-presented. We also had access to the spa facilities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was lovely, clean, and beautifully maintained, and we really appreciated the relaxing sauna and jacuzzi - all available to us free of charge. It was the perfect way to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for couples looking for comfort, great food, relaxing spa facilities, and excellent service

Convenient for visiting friends.

Shabby, tired, needs maintenance and decorating. Peeling paint, Worn carpets, damaged woodwork untidy reception area. Auto check in failed. Unmanned desk. Man came to meet us with his mouth full, mumbled something, walked off then eventually receptionist appeared. Room needs finishing, unpainted remedial works on ceiling. Faulty air con and extractor fan! Dust and cobwebs in corners of the room. Mould on tiles in shower!

Staff were great and it was nice to have an upgraded room with a bigger bathroom and coffee maker. There is plenty of parking and electric vehicle chargers.

The lack of nice outdoor space to sit in and get some fresh air. I realise that's not important to everybody, but it is to me.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were excellent. Extremely dog friendly hotel. Great to see Holiday Inn not using ANPR cameras in their car park. Annette on reception was first class. Really nice to find great service in this day and age.

Loved the facilities they offer.room was great lovely comfy bed spotless and great shower breakfast was excellent loads to choose from Lovely chilled relaxed atmosphere will stay again meals come with the price of the room

Our room phone didn't work so couldn't order room service reported to staff and not much was done about it Our evening meal was not very nice we had the burger wasn't very good. Although the evening meal came with the price of the room. Think next time I'll book bed and breakfast skip evening meal.

Got charged £20 more than booking.com price by hotel when arrived. Had to take my tablets so got a sandwich as everything was closed, I know hotel food is overpriced after hours but £10 for two slices of bread, hame n cheese is a bit much especially when I was told it was £5 but then given a bill for £9.50

The weather !

Ellen on reception went out of her way to make our stay go well particularly when the booking for our massages was not in the beauty salon diary - so no one could do them. It was my husbands birthday and we and met up with my brother. It could have been a disaster not having our treatments but she was friendly and caring and went out of her way to sort massages for the next day and free drinks because of the inconvenience and disappointment. We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and bed was very comfortable. The evening staff - Bella, Grace and Harvey were great too. Young but they had excellent hospitality skills - again helpful, friendly and good at their jobs. It was good to see 2 of them the next day at breakfast. There is plenty to do with the Iron pit adventures next door.

Our massage booking were not in the diary so we did not get a massage on my husband's birthday.
