Cute hotel in a lovely cross-country ski town.

Location is great. Right in centre of Cogne.

The hot tub was busy when we looked, but that’s to be expected.

Nice hotel. Good room. Needs some fine tuning to improve.

Great location. Reception staff very good. Breakfast staff less so. Food was not replaced when it ran out.

Shower was very small. Water temperature control was broken (reported to reception). Lack of food at breakfast. Items were not replaced when ran out.

An excellent stay and a place I would happily return to.

Before anything else, I want to say that every person on the staff deserves real credit and appreciation. Andrea at reception and every woman on the reception, breakfast, and cleaning teams were outstanding. What I loved most is that they always did their best to find a solution for you, no matter what. The location is very central. The spa is small but very clean and well maintained. The lobby is honestly one of the nicest I have seen in northern Italy. Breakfast may look simple on paper, but the cakes and cheese are the best I have had in Cogne, thanks to the pasticceria behind it.

The only thing I would add is a coffee machine or kettle in the room.

The hotel staff couldn't have made me feel more welcome. From the unexpected upgrade to the wonderful breakfast, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Grand Paradis. The relaxing spa was a bonus and the massage I recieved was exceptional. The room was cosy and well equipped for my needs and the location right in the village centre made an ideal base for our activities.

Location, comfort and friendliness of staff. Very total extras such as dog blanket and bowl, grissini on departure, newspaper at breakfast and parking permit for Cogne and nearby villages. Just great!

Lovely hotel in the centre - also dog friendly.

The Junior Suite was gorgeous! So beautiful and comfortable… perfect location in the centre of town. You can drive outside the hotel to unload luggage and then head to the free hotel car park. Dog friendly, a special area is dedicated to dog owners at breakfast.

There could be a little more choice at breakfast.

Centre of village - everything walkable. Giovanni, on reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Spot on with his restaurant recommendation - he read our taste perfectly.

Difficult vehicle access, if one didn’t know the way around the village. Having to park remotely.

- low ceiling, hit my head twice when going down the stairs. - the room isn’t appropriate with a baby due to 3 stone stairs. we couldn’t leave her out of our sight and she fell down anyway, hitting her head badly
