Clean comfortable rooms in a handy location for the lower end of town with a short ten minute walk to the lifts. Very friendly, helpful staff (Bobo was a star) and a decent continental breakfast with fresh eggs every morning. Would stay again.
Sound-proofing between rooms and the communal corridors wasn't great. This wasn't a problem for me because I came home late but, if you were having an early night, there's a chance you'd struggle with the noise from other guests coming and going. I think I was in an older part of the hotel so this may not be an issue throughout. I'd ask when booking to be sure.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Landhaus Carla. Carla and the team go out of their way to make your stay a great experience. Great food, spotless rooms, comfy beds, great location next to the train and bus station. Loved the ice plunge pool and sauna after a hard day skiing. Great vibe in the bar with pool and darts to keep you entertained. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely be returning.

Our room and the hotel was very clean. It's close to the centre of Mayrhofen and the ski buses start from the bus station right next to the hotel. The breakfast was quite good, although it was the same every day. The view of the mountains from the balcony was amazing. The staff of the hotel and the restaurant was generally nice.
A kettle would have been nice in our room.
There was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Booking.com regarding the price of our stay and the hotel charged me 5 times more than the amount that was in our booking confirmation. Fortunately I got the difference back with the help of customer service, but noone told this to me prior to our stay, even though I made the booking 2 months in advance. This situation could have been handled much better by the owner.
I understand that Mayrhofen is not a cheap town, but I think this hotel is rather basic for the correct(?) rate of 165€ / night.
