The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, a lovely garden and terrace, and lots of flowers. It's very quiet and cozy. Free underground parking. Good breakfast and delicious coffee. The location is perfect for attending concerts at Zenit. I'll definitely stay again.

Beautiful garden and neighborhood, peace and tranquility. Also shower, definitely to point this compared to similar hotels.
A bit reserved stuff, no extra cushions.

We attended a conference at the University which was 3 minutes' walk away.
I hadn't realised that the room I had booked did not have a shower. Unfortunately, the hotel was nearly fully booked and I could have upgraded to a suite at SEK400 a night extra. However, the lady at reception tried her best to find me another room. I should have checked when booking what an Economy room meant.

This is a tiny, garden-like hotel which locates in a quiet neighbourhood, close to The MOC – Event Center Messe München as well as the Allianz Arena. The breakfast was of good quality considering its price, and the staffs in this hotel were all quite friendly. I'd love to stay there again next time I visit München.
The neighbourhood which this hotel locates in is very beautiful but much quieter than I have expected. I did feel a bit worried when I returned the hotel late in the night because there wasn't anyone else on the dim road, even though I knew this neighbourhood was safe. It seems that there isn't much night life in this city.
