    京都の中心地のホテルになるが周りの景色は特に特徴的なものはない。　スタッフの対応はしっかり教育されている様に感じた。ホテル中心部を囲むように客室を構成しており、ラウンジは広くゆったり出来た。　場所柄静かにゆとりある時間持てるホテル。　近くの「楽美術館」へ行くためにチェックアウト後も数時間停車させて頂けた。　感謝。

    駅からのアクセスは少し悪めですが(徒歩15分ほど)、近くに京都御苑がありとても広いので散歩するだけでも最高でした。スタッフの方は温かく、設備も整っており綺麗で大満足のステイでした。ぜひまた泊まりたいです。

    Solo female traveler, clean safe and has what you need. I wouldn’t say it’s 5 stars. More like 3-4. The place is not close to places you can walk to but the shuttle gets you to a convenient start near subway station. I stayed in a 5 star hotel Before and after and this was a very good value for the money if you are in a budget and book ahead of time.
