Incredible find - staff were very attentive , friendly , welcoming check in process was a breeze with welcome wines which were incredible. Plenty of parking , easy to find , so many activities available. Pool was lovely, scenery had nice views of the vineyards and hills, Our wind tour guide was incredible , so attentive also great knowledge , & the wines were absolute delicious couldn't find fault in a single one after tasting almost 9 different wines and the brandy was perfect.. Dinner was absolute 5* I even ate things I don't like and never had it was it that GOOD That wine tour guide needs a pay rise sold place the shop and food and it was delivered 10 fold! (sorry I forgot the gentlemen's name)
The bed/mattress was quiet hard in the room...

It was a warm, friendly, welcoming and relaxing environment. There was a diversity of activities, food and opportunities to relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - only wanting to please. The wines were excellent too. It was a real treat.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the place, however, it would be nice if they included a few free activities.

The setting is beautiful
Rooms are very tired and need major renovations/updating, dinner had very little choices and not memorable at all
