    The hotel is very well located and is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and adequate. No complaints on the facilities or the hotel itself. However the management could do with an upgrade. For instance. The plates used during breakfast were outright disgusting. With bits of food still on them. The staff didn’t seem to care at all about putting these plates out for the customers. Every day. And we were at the property for 5 nights. It was the same every day. The room was not cleaned well during this time. For eg they didn’t change the sheets even once. I know this because I had got a bit of mascara on the pillow on the first night. And this stayed there throughout my stay. They wouldn’t refill the water that’s included with the stay, everyday. It’s the small things that count. And that this property lacks. For overall good hotel. Bad maintenance and management.
