Great breakfast & comfortable room for a family

The staff are all very kind and helpful.

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel. Though we had nice slippers in the room at the first time, we couldn’t this time. We checked-in in the evening and were told that their room service forgot to put the slippers in the room but their shift is already over. Also the shower room wasn’t as clean as the first time.

I will not recommend this hotel.

Was clean, and the breakfast was OK.

The room was to small, no airconditioning, the bed was to hard and small for 2 persons. And we were unfortunate with the room on top of the restaurant and entrance:( Noisy and uncomfortable. Definitely to expensive for this kind of room. I wouldn't recommend.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Stufen Hindernissen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung bzw. Verletzungen ist das Hotel nicht geeignet. Trotz vorhandenem Fahrstuhl sind Treppen zum Erreichen der Zimmer zu überwinden. Das Restaurant ist nur geöffnet wenn Tagungsgäste im Hotel anwesend sind. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen am Waldrand.

Ruhiges Hotel mit tollem Personal und herausragendem Frühstück

Super toller zuvorkommender Empfang mit frühzeitigem Check in. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Wald mit nem tollen Blick auf die Frankfurter Skyline. Das Frühstück sollte man unbedingt dazu buchen. Es ist herausragend!

Viel Geld bezahlt…ich kann das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Direkt am Wald, schöne Aussicht ins Tal.

Alte Ausstattung, Betten bzw. Matratzen sind alt und durchgelegen. Wir waren in der Suite untergebracht, naja, es sind zwei Räume mit alten Möbeln, das Bad ist ne Zumutung, man kann’s nicht erklären, schaut euch das Bild vom Bad an. Die Heizung war defekt oder keiner wusste wie die anzuschalten geht, nur in der Suite waren die Heizkörper kalt. Abhilfe, es wurden Radiatoren ins Zimmer gestellt, es dauerte ca 1 1/2 Tage bis es warm war, ich frage mich, was das Hotel macht, wenn der Winter kommt. Frühstück war so lala, am letzten Tag war kein Küchenpersonal da, somit wurde nichts nachgelegt bzw. der Kaffeevollautomat funktionierte nicht weil die Milch alle war, Brötchen nicht frisch, Schwarzbrot wölbte sich bereits…

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig direkt am Waldrand gelegen.

Die die Zimmer untereinander sind etwas hellhörig, da aber zur Zeit meine Reise relativ wenig los war, habe ich die Geräusche als nicht störend empfunden.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub in einer sehr angenehmen Athmosphäre

Das Personal war absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich. In meinem Zimmer war alles da, was ich brauchte, um mich wohl zu fühlen. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig. Das Frühstück hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht war auch sehr schön. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren leider meißtens besetzt oder zu eng. Aber es gab noch 2 Min. Fußweg entfernt einen weiteren Parkplatz, etwas abgelegen. Und dieser in der Nacht (2 Uhr) nicht gut beleuchtet. Vielleicht könnten man direkt vor dem Hotel ein oder zwei Frauenparkplätze einrichten. Ansonsten ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden! Leider gab es in meinem Reisezeitraum eine Baustelle in der Taunusstr. und keine richtige Umleitung. Zumindest hat mein Navi mich immer wieder falsch geführt.

Pas très loin en voiture de Bad Nauheim cet hôtel est très propre avec un joli parc un personnel sympathique surtout ceux qui sont au petit déjeuner le matin avec le petit frenchi s'il li ça il me reconnaîtra rien a redire c'était juste super .

Keiner hoher Standard, aber gut für eine Nacht.

Das Bad war renoviert und sauber, wenn auch nicht sonderlich groß. Das ganze Zimmer entspricht einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist ideal für eine Nacht in der Region.

Die Betten, die eine Art Kunstlederstoff haben, schauen sehr ramponiert aus. Die Matratze selber war bequem und sauber.

Der Preis war in Ordnung

Die Betten waren stark abgenutzt, das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir zwei Nächte dort waren. Die Lage war sehr weit außerhalb. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt und der Nachtportier, den man anrufen musste, weil der Schlüsseltresor nicht funktionierte, war unhöflich und schnippisch.

Идеальное пребывание в отеле! Останавливались переночевать по пути во Францию. Очень понравилось буквально всё - расположение (тихий и спокойный город, чистейший воздух, рядом лес для прогулок), номера в отеле, еда. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает персонал - очень приветливый, дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Готов помочь с абсолютно любой проблемой, даже с ремонтом машины, которая сломалась по пути. Уверенно ставлю 10 из 10. Была бы возможность- поставил бы 11

Top-Frühstück + tolles Personal am Morgen = guter Start in den Tag !!!

...die Lage am Waldrand ist sehr gut, man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist spitzenmäßig, sehr große Auswahl... - ...alles was man für einen guten Start in den Tag benötigt, dito. das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

...das Zimmer stank fürchterlich nach "Käsfüßen" (...nach mehrstündigem Stoßlüften beseitigt !!!) - ...man sollte zu beziehende Zimmer immer "frisch-lüften", bevor man diese an die Gäste übergibt. Die Reinigung lies etwas zu wünschen übrig... - das geht besser. Die Lüftung im Bad war defekt und machte extrem laute Geräusche, dito. schon ewig nicht mehr gereinigt (Filter extrem zu und schon extrem lange nicht gewechselt) und nicht gewartet.

Günstiger Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Hotelanlage.

Obwohl die Anfahrt durch die ganze Stadt führt, ist die Lage am Waldrand ausgezeichnet. Das Haus macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, das EZ war ausreichend groß und sauber und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Kostenloses Parken ist auch direkt am Hause möglich.

Dass es einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus gibt, sollte für Erstbesucher deutlich ausgeschildert sein,
