Good location, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Queen bed in a smallish room. Not very practical.
I am single and would have been ok with smaller bed and space.
I was told by concierge that check out was 1200.
A staff member knocked on my door at 1100 and when I opened the door they walked away. I was just about to leave anyway. No drama just odd.

We liked everything from nice bedrooms, friendly and very helpful staff, gym and pool were great to use.excellent location with easy access to high street and buses to wherever you wanted to go in London. Breakfast was everything you would expect with good variety of options. We would stay here on our next visit to London.

Location
The room was not cleaned to the expected standard, and the housekeeping service was inconsistent. I also had to visit the reception several times to follow up on my requests, but unfortunately, no action was taken.
