quiet, spacious 45 sqm Apartment in stylishly restored century villa next to a park in the heart of Warnemünde. From here you can easily reach everything on foot and forget your car confidently. Short walkways to the beach as well as to the pedestrian area with "the old stream" and its numerous restaurants and ships await you. The mill street with bakers, butchers and shops is 50 meters away, the church square about 150 meters.
Bright, open and modern furnishings, you can spend your best holidays here. Breathe the breath of fresh sea air on the beach and listen to the cries of the seagulls. Whatever the season, you will find variety and relaxation.

Leider hatten wir mit dem Sommerwetter nicht viel Glück. Wir hätten den Strand gerne mehr genutzt. Allerdings hatten wir unsere Fahrräder dabei und so haben wir diese mehr genutzt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in Warnemünde leider nur sehr begrenzt zur Verfügung. Falls man mal einen Parkplatz bekommt, ist dieser mit 6 Euro für zwei Stunden unzumutbar teuer.

Die Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer wie auch das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Fahrradkeller über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar - wie natürlich auch die Wohnung.
Ein Nachteil sind die Fenster. Zum einen sind im Schlafzimmer keine Fenster vorhanden, was so aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorging und eine Lüftung des Schlafraums nur über das Wohnzimmer möglich machte. Dazu kam, das die Fenster des Wohnraum unmittelbar auf eine ca. 2 - 3 Meter entfernte Wand des Nachbarhauses zeigten, so das wir den Himmel nicht sehen konnten (nur über eine kleine Ecke), was wir sehr schade fanden und auch sehr störend war. Daher auch nur eine 3-Sterne-Bewertung.
