Loved our stay, easy, very central and well located, comfortable, and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel is super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive. We had a superior room that was large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Lovely!

This place is fantastic. Large, well equiped, modern but classy, and comfortable rooms. Very nice layout - you feel like you are staying at your own home. The staff was exceptional, one of the few cases where the staff genuinly take pride in thier work. Location is just minutes from the sea, restaurants, bars and shops. I really wish i go to Buzios again in order to stay here.

Excellent hotel run by very nice people

This was our second visit, the hotel and everyone were as good as the first time, very friendly and helpful. The hotel has everything we want and we look forward to our next visit.

Great hotel but the room could be more convenient

The staff was great..special thanks to Sonia who made us a tailor made breakfast every day.

The hotel is 10/10 for people who like tropical atmosphere. However the room was less modern.

Excellent location but lacking love and attention in the rooms.

- Excellent location - Really charming garden between the rooms and around the pool area - In general, nice, attentive members of staff

- The rooms were lacking love and attention. Bedside light did not work, curtains hanging off of the curtain rail, dirty paintwork etc. - The quality of towels, linen and even shower gel were poor and not to the level you would expect for the price. - Breakfast was basic. The coffee machine did not work on some settings, limited options of "a la carte" menu items and a very small space that meant shuffling around other clients to get to the "buffet" - We checked out at 8.05 am. There was no Receptionist and the person who attended us was just cleaning the pool. Unfortunately he really struggled and our experience was really poor.

Wonderful location, pool, and breakfast

we really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was very close to downtown and our favorite beaches. Breakfast was delicious with one made to order item each day. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated.

We didn't like that there was no parking but we were able to find parking close by.

Very amazing and perfect

Everything was perfect, the rooms we had, the location, the nice garden with swimming pool. But the staff was really amazing. From the reception to the people who made the breakfast to the ones who cleaned our rooms. You could see that they all really did their best to make our stay very special. It was very clean everywhere in the pousada. We had an amazing time there and we really recommend the place to others.

The auberge is in a great location by the seafront but is also quiet. The gardens are lovely . Plenty of choice for breakfasts and hot food well cooked to order. Reception staff were friendly and helpful .

A few things just needed fixing or a lick of paint to smarten them up. A bin in each bedroom !

Great location, but there are some cons

The location of the pousada is amazing! The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Some staff were very friendly, especially front desk and individuals cleaning the rooms.

Some staff is super friendly while others were not very friendly. It was a bit disappointing. The rooms need more options for storing clothes - there is a closet with a limted number ofnhangers but no dresser or place to lay the suitcase on if vlosed remain in the suitcase. The rooms on the main street are extremely noisy because the street is so busy and it would be worth telling clients when they book which rooms face the street so they can choose a different type of room, if desired. There was no sign in the room that coffee and water located in the room cost money and we were surprised at least the coffee in the room was not included. I would recommend providing coffee at no cost to guests even though coffee is provided at breakfast. Breakfast also starts a little late, at 8am. I would like an option to eat a little earlier. Even 30 minutes earlier would be nice.

Best place in Buzios

The hotel is amazing, super clean, with friendly and nice staff. We asked for a breakfast in our room for celebration and was super complete and perfcet! 100% sure we will book again when we come back to Búzios. Also the location was the best one.
