Thirty minutes from Nice Airport, Mas d'Yeuse villa is perfectly-placed for you to enjoy the understated beauty of the countryside and the glamour of the French Riviera - from Monaco, Nice to Cannes and St Tropez.
The breath taking sea views over Cannes and not to mention the shimmering heated infinity pool you’ll just want to dive straight into – this is why we fell in love with our villa.
Imagine sitting on our terrace sipping coffee while the sun comes up over the Med, or enjoying meals rustled up from French produce sourced at local markets while gazing at the yacht-dotted seas and blue skies, which provide an iconic Riviera backdrop.

Spread over two floor, the villa hosts up to eight guests comfortably, and there's privacy for everyone. Enter into the heart of the home - our newly renovated kitchen. Here you'll be able to prepare gourmet meals while catching up with friends and family around the central island. Equipped with all home comforts (dishwasher, double oven, built-in microwave and induction hob, Dualit toaster and coffee machine plenty of cookware and tools) cooking won’t be a chore!
So that you can really enjoy summer living at its best, there is an outdoor kitchen too. It has its own large gas bbq, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink and preparation area. If you truly want to kickback, why not let us organise a private a chef for your stay or perhaps just one night.
Decorated with chic outdoor furnishings, the main terrace is the perfect setting for al fresco dining or a sunset aperitif. Large tables and comfortable seating, both inside and out ensure dinning is a pleasure whatever the season.
Back inside, relax on comfy sofas with a good book, play games with your family or catch up with friends in our light-filled living room, with its lofty ceilings, exposed beams and Provencal fireplace. Free wi-fi and internet tv with a wide range of international channels will keep family and friends entertained and those that wish can stay connected.

Mas d'Yeuse offers flexible sleeping arrangements to suit a variety of needs, from families to friends staying together.
On the ground floor there are two en suite bedrooms away from the living area. Our super king-sized bedroom sits below rustic beams. It can also be made up as twin single beds. This room has doors onto its own outdoor terrace and comes with a large en suite bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, double sinks and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a stylish four-poster king-sized bed and a newly renovated en suite with walk in shower and luxury sanity ware.
The two bedrooms on the top floor share a bathroom and separate toilet. One has a king-sized bed and the other a super king bed, which can also be made up as twin beds.
A cot is also available on request.
No matter which room you’re sleeping in, you’ll sink into crisp cotton sheets for a restful night’s sleep. All rooms have ample wardrobe space and remain cool with only fans needed during the height of summer. From fresh towels and a selection of toiletries, they’ll all be waiting for you on arrival.

This villa is absolutely to die for with the most incredible views, and it is sparkling clean! It’s really the cleanest VRBO place we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen is stocked perfectly with every necessity you could possibly need to cook delicious meals. You can eat them outside with the most amazing view of the mountains, the Mediterranean and Cannes. The owners Kathryn and Richard were very thoughtful with every touch around the villa. Kathryn made the most amazing welcome charcuterie and cheese board for us and paired it with lovely bottle of Rose. It was like she knew exactly what we loved before we even met her. She is by far the most thoughtful and organized host we’ve ever experienced and she was truly delightful to interact with. The pool is set at just the right temperature for relaxing in it all day. The bedrooms are styled perfectly and the beds are very comfortable. If do not stay here, you are truly missing out on a beautiful villa with beautiful views and lovely hosts. We could have stayed there forever. Thank you Kathryn and Rich! We’ll see you next year!

Dies ist eine sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Blick auf die Croisette in Cannes.
Die Villa liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Domaine hoch im Esterel und hat dadurch einen tollen Blick auf Cannes. Man braucht ca 30 Minuten bis Cannes. Die Villa ist nördlich ausgerichtet-man hat nachmittags etwas Schatten.
Toll ausgestattet-alles ist da-und noch viel mehr. Die Vermieter sind Britisch und extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Zu bedenken: Villa ist in einer abgelegenen Domaine. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Bis zur nächsten Bäckerei 25-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum nächsten Supermarkt ca 25 Minuten. Die Internet-Verbindung ist recht langsam (6MBit). Der Pool ist zwar beheizt, hat aber keine Abdeckung. Im Herbst kühlt er über Nacht ab.

Propriété bien située, accès rapide vers la mer. Propriétaires accueillants et très disponibles. Propreté au top y compris le barbecue et la piscine. Lieu relaxant et les chambres bien orientées pour le silence. Maison très bien équipée autant pour la cuisine que pour l’audiovisuel. Village sympathique et alentours autres villages à découvrir. Je recommande cette location !
