I had a couple of issues on my room and they changed it and upgraded it immediately.

I really liked the location, close to primrose hill. Nice neighbourhood. I think I was given the executive room instead of the double, so that was really nice also. Top floor, spacious, big desk, mini fridge, bathtub in bathroom. All good.

Honestly no real complaints, the bed was a bit firm and curtains were hard to shut, but really this place should have a way higher rating than it does. I ended up booking an extra night. I don't like the dynamic pricing though - that was super frustrating.

I was choosing a place to stay fairly late, and Hampstead Britannia was one of the places with a better price. In addition to that, it had a convenient location for me, as I was going to Roundhouse for the concert, and it's located very near. In general, the area around is quite calm and there are a few bus stops nearby.

While I did choose "room without window", I didn't expect it to be literally in a basement, located after a maze with a bunch of fire doors. It also didn't have a conditioner, only some fan which didn't help with heat even if it was left working for the entire day. The breakfasts were alright, but some variety would've been appreciated. Unfortunately for me, dining area didn't work in the later hours (I've been told it's open until 19:30), so I couldn't count on a meal after a long day, and had to look for options in the neighbourhood.
