Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Equipement necessaire et emplacement parfait entre petit centre avec commerces et restaurants de calla blanca et l'acces directe à la plage (Ce qui n'est pas evident pour beaucoup d'autres plages à Minorque .L'acces se fait par des chemins à partir de parking souvent pleins )
Des details : le ventilateur du plafond qui ne fonctionne qu'avec l'eclairage, les travaux liés à l'eau neanmoins gerables..(2 jours plus bruillants avec intervention d'ouvriers.

Aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. Personal atento e instalaciones perfectamente equipadas con cafetera, plancha, etc. Ubicación perfecta para lo que buscábamos. Piscina muy tranquila.

Really good location , near the beach and there is a supermarket over the road. Near to restaurants. We stayed for 6 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. When we arrived there was a bottle of water and 2 cold cans which was a nice touch.
Property could do with modernising ,However it was adequate for our stay. We stayed for 6 nights and were disappointed that we wouldn’t be getting fresh towels or sheets. However after initially being told they only change them if you stay for 7 nights or more they then arranged for fresh ones the next day.
