Location, design of the building, friendliness of staff, breakfast was very tasty.

Price, Location and comfort of room
Bathroom smelt of mould (assume ventilation isnt working), room was facing bus station so could hear buses running till midnight

It was very central for all transport links, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Also central for visitor attractions such as fire trail, walks and other attractions.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, they were obviously working in a happy environment!
Breakfast was super and place was spotless!
