Lovely hotel in a perfect location for a few days at the beach
Great location, excellent pool and garden area, helpful staff, easy to find, close to the old town. Nice gym, friendly bar staff, decent breakfast.
Parking was very expensive and should be included in the room rate. I would prefer to pay 50€ more per day and have parking and a place on the beach included.

They turn the air-conditioning off around 4am to about 6am to save electricity.

Nice for a relaxing time!
The hotel is nice it could do with a bit of renovation but it was clean! The pool area was very nice and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The bar staff and waiter were really friendly!
Some of the reception staff came across unapproachable. When I asked if there was somewhere nearby to have lunch I wasn’t really given much help, just told to try to centre. I do appreciate it was quite late in the afternoon when I arrived. The gentleman on reception who I paid my bill with the night before I left was the friendliest of them all.

Well located hotels, could use some renovations, hotel policies are not trusting of travelers, staff makes a good effort
The staff is courteous and makes an effort.
The policies feel confrontational and lack trust in the traveler. For example: 1. I received 3 separate consecutive calls during the middle of the workday, but they left no message. This happened several months ahead of the stay and demanding in tone, requiring payment in advance. I understand a prepayment policy, but the tone and manner felt confrontational. I would have more easily understood if they had written an email or left a message. 2. I received 2 separate emails outlining that we MUST not check in before 3 and need to vacate the room no later than 10. The language used all capitalization and had a confrontational tone. Most hotels have similar policies, but deliver the message more delicately. 3. When we asked for an iron, they mentioned they could not lend us one, and they could only accept laundry service for “security reason”. We’ve been traveling along the riviera for the past two weeks and all other hotels have lent us an iron. This policy shows lack of trust in the traveler. 4. There was rotting fruit in the fruit bowl.

For this stay we had a room front on the beach and pool. That was the best room over all the stays we enjoyed at the hotel in the past
Nothing maybe except the fact that we were unable to have a drink after 7PM as the staff was busy with preparing the tables for the dinner

The rooms are very comfortable and extremely fresh inside with scorching temperatures in August
