The pool, the very friendly staff. Cleanliness and comfort.
That there were only two bath towels on the room. The availability of TV channels.

The location
This hotel is supposed to be mid level holiday inn but the price and amenities boot reflective of that it is way too much for so little. Also the hotel breakfast is awful, and parking is terrible because of the casino ! There is also a bunch of stray dogs on the grounds
