Hôtel REVOTEL Nancy Centre Gare et Congrès

The hotel had a 24h reception so we could also check in at 12:30 am at night. The room also had an AC.

Simple clean good location

Quite small room

I like that the Standard/Comfort Room for 1-2 person has big bed together and a tv and since it doesn’t come with other things you can borrow hairdryer, water kettle, and a coffe mug and spoon. Plus the staffs are so helpful. You can also leave your belongings if you want to roam around without carrying heavy bags and pick it up anytime of the day and for free. Also, I like that it’s few minutes walk from the Gare Station and like 10-15 mns walk to the Shopping Centre. And that you’re free to change the temp inside.

The door is kinda hard to open with the card key like i struggled many times, good thing 1x the cleaner was in the other room so i got to asked for help and found out how to open the door properly since she struggled at first as well. You just have to pull the door knob then pull it up before inserting your key card. Lastly the room and bathroom was clean enough but you’ll see some dust on the bed and pillowcases so i had to cover it with a towel. And the room smells bad when i entered so I have to open the window. And you’ll just hear the people in the hallway, next rooms, and ofc when you open the window but not a big deal for me, and the shower next room.

Good location

Not the cleanest and staff not helpful. Booking in is at 12.30 and if you try at 12.29 they tell you 12.30. But at 12.30 nobody there to book you in
