Beautiful location.
Too many kids in wellness area. Wished the dinner was not a buffet. Not enough vegan or pasta options.

The room was super clean and cozy, the staff in the reception really helpful and friendly. The building was beautiful and the surrounding nature gave us many opportunities to hike and explore. The food during dinner and breakfast had a vast range of choices and was carefully made and tasty.
The check-in time was very late (14:00) but during the winter when the sun sets right after 15:00, it is wise to reach the hotel early in the morning and start exploring. They have an option to store your luggage in the reception area, so you can explore without carrying your stuff.

Best meals while there.
I have stayed there about 5 times before. This time there seemed to be no access to swimming! Also the new games room was quite poor with certain machines nor working.
