    As indicated in the title, the experience fell short of expectations. Given the price range, one would reasonably anticipate receiving complimentary water. Did we find the experience enjoyable? Yes. Are we considering booking at the same hotel again? I’m not entirely certain.

    Hotel was located on in good location,very good mind service staff especially Ibrahim my driver today the best driver for me he gave me a lots of local information & good taking care of me. cleanest, greatest taste of foods with the cutie cats 100 out of 10!! I will comeback again

    We usually pick this hotel because we enjoy our stay on yearly basis .. however this time was shocking, room cleanliness was terrible , in our room I found food particles from previous guests, carpet is dirty, the room itself behind the tables, beds and tv completely dusty and bad! Splash island you need to pay per kid per day which is not logical, it should be at least a one time pay if you are staying for more than 1 day, adding to that one of the Maintainece guys came into that area without a uniform, took off his clothes and stayed with his panty and topless and put his clothes in the “rentable cabinets” and was walking in appropriately in a place where it should be child friendly! This was unprofessional by all means! If he’s a maintenance guy he should wear his uniform and act professionally! And there wasn’t something major to disturb our stay to take measurements, he could do that before or after opening hours for the islands! I was very disappointed by all means at this stay… the near the pools was dirty with guests cigarettes and ashes, food in the pools .. horrible in all honesty and I wish these things change because we really love this hotel but we might consider another one due to its above mentioned problems which I hope the administration can take actions on!
