Amazing

I had an amazing stay. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, staff, including the housekeepers, were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within a short walk to the main station, a mall, and restaurants.

Nice hotel with convenient location

Nice hotel! Clean, convenient location, attractive, quiet, wonderful breakfast, modern bathroom, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the heating was set too high and we couldn’t adjust it for our room. The windows were also locked, so we were unable to ventilate.

Great location. We have stayed here several times before.

Breakfast was excellent.

Had a hiccup when we got there. The WiFi was not working and so they couldn't check us in for about 20 minutes which was a bit of an inconvenience. But the staff member escorted us to our room to make sure the room key would work.

Good, clean, excellent location by train station

Two minutes walk from the Salzburg main station, then 15-20 minute walk to the old town/touristy bits of the city. Plenty of amenities (supermarkets etc.) right on the doorstep. Hotel staff at reception and at breakfast was very friendly and efficient. No issues.

I didn't bother me but the square by the main train station where the hotel is located can be a bit rough and ready night (and day!) time. Nothing special, just something that you would witness in every bigger city. So you have the drunks, beggars, weirdoes on the loose, urinating across lamp posts in full view. Again, it didn't bother me but could be an issue for some.

It’s good value and highly recommended

The hotel is located literally right outside the central train station, you can’t ask for a more convenient location! Despite being so close to the station, the room is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. All the staff, from reception to housekeeping, are polite and helpful.

The only downside is that the breakfast is too expensive for what you get.

Right by the train station so public transportation was easy to get everywhere.

Parking is €18 per night. It’s the public parking garage so every time you go in and out, you have to pay. The air conditioning didn’t work all that great. The front desk gave us a fan.

Next to the train station..

Breakfast was nice but refilling was not so fast,, I did not get croissants for 2 days.. They were over by 8.30 am.. Only 1 type of fruit is served... In front of the hotel door (outside) many drunkards are creating noise in the evening which is a bit scary for solo ladies travellers.. Only body wash is provided in the toilet. Not worth the amount paid.. Bed was uncomfortable too

Excellent Hotel right next to Main Train Station

Very clean and modern Hotel right next to the main Train Station and local/Regional bus services (only a short 5 min ride to the center of Salzburg. Breakfast choice and quality were excellent and consumed on the 6th (top) floor with the restaurant providing commanding views in the morning. All the staff - from reception to restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location, clean and comfortable facilities, but above all, friendly and approachable staff, which made for a memorable stay. A special shoutout to Tom for his professionalism in managing the hotel and ensuring guests’ satisfaction. Andreas at the front desk was a highlight- an excellent communicator and nothing was too much for him. Happily obliged with a smile every single time. Highly recommend. Trains, buses and taxis literally at your doorstep. Plenty of options for food and shopping surrounding hotel.

Great Warmth and homey.

The location is super convenient. The central station is right beside it and there are eateries and supermarket within the vicinity. However, the star of my stay was the front service staffs , especially Mr Andreas Sczeponik and Mr Tom Bud. Each day I came back from my sight seeing, Mr Andreas was there to greet me and seeing him there is like seeing a family member who greets us home warmly. I was also specially impressed by the way he handles the check in process as he was very detailed, patient and took time to explain everything the hotel has to offer. He was consistently helpful to all the guests despite long queue. I must say he is a true gem in the hospitality industry and the most impressive I have ever seen in my many years of traveling around the world. Keep up the great work!

Close quiet and comfortable

The Staff was very helpful. I left my passport in Munich and the reached out to tho old hotel and it was sent to me by the next morning. The hotel is super close to the Salzburg HBF train station making travel easy.

Highly recommended

The hotel is situated between the central train station and a shopping mall. Very convenient as we travelled by train from Munich and to Hallstatt and Budapest. The reception was friendly too.

Disappointing!

Central location

Upon arrival, the man at the reception was not friendly at all, I didn't get the promised room, I didn't get information about the hotel, food, in short, nothing. Even when the air conditioner is switched off in the room, is constantly running and it is very cold. It was freezing all night, even though it wasn't warm outside. Wi-Fi is weak. There isn't even a fridge in the room. The room facing the train station is noisy. This hotel does not reach 4 stars, especially not worth the 200€ per night. I don't recommend it to anyone!

Very decent Hotel. Great location as it's directly opposite from the train Station. There is underground parking where some spaces have been reserved for the Hotel. Direct lift from the Garage. Bus Terminal right in Front for a quick 6 Minute bus ride to the old town. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean both in the rooms and public Areas.
