Location is great. Some large apartments. Some staff try hard and are friendly, especially the cleaners. Many families.

Feels very ‚out of season‘. Had to ask staff to ‚turn on‘ amenities, like water slide, sauna, seating on terrace etc, even with asking things didn’t happen and no sauna available. Much not available till late afternoon, no staff at pool, no spa, and the food extremely poor quality. Some items old and dried out. Mostly unhealthy and low brow. Eating times shorter than advertised on the website. Restaurant staff inappropriate for a family hotel. Almost no choice at lunchtime, as very few guests seem to book it.

Perfect for kids! many things to do, way more than what is shown in the pictures, really cool place.

a King bed would be better than 2 beds for children sleeping in between parents.

The swimming pool & the spa area, wi-fi works great but it is necessary but you have no reception there whatsoever. The breakfast was good. Quite a few playgrounds for the kids. For kids this place is a lot of fun. Staff is polite and friendly.

The room, the building where the room is in and how everything is not in one place. You have to walk between different buildings to get to the restaurant, the swimming pool, the parking lot and the room etc. So we always have to plan our days in advance to avoid wasting on walking back and forth. It requires planning. And the false representation. The pictures of the hotel do not show any of the old houses where a lot of the rooms are actually situated in. They have built a few new buildings, with a terrace etc, which looks really nice and that was what I was expecting when I booked the room, a "Familiewohnung". What we got in the end was one of the rooms in one of those really old houses in the back of the properties, which means you have to walk 10 minutes to go to the breakfast for example. I was very very disappointed when I saw the room and the buildings and seriously asked myself, is this what I paid 300 Euros for per night? The room itself was not "bad". The bathroom is relatively modern, but with an old-looking shower area. There is no children-friendly sink like you see on the pictures. We got over the disappointment over how shabby the room looked because the common areas are done very nicely. In the room description it was written that there is a sofa and "Sitzbereich". What we had was 2 extra single beds and there was no proper sitting area. So it was really just for sleeping. You do not want to stay in that room relaxing. The room was dark and smells kind of wet, probably due to poor ventilation and how old the building is. Overall we were not really upset about the trip. But had I known this room and the building were what we were getting, I would not have made the booking with this price. Food was OK. It was nothing fancy and most of the time I find the selection mediocre. The breakfast is the best of all 3 meals. Lunch and dinner are just average. They do have an afternoon cake/ice cream round too.

Das Haus war sehr hellhörig

Das Personal war sehr nett und Lösungsorientiert, wenn man ein Problem hatte. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und für Kinder gibt es eine Menge zum spielen, unser 3-jähriger hatte wirklich großen Spaß hier, die Spielmöglichleiten sind wirklich toll.

Unser Zimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bei der Matratze im Bett merkt man bereits die Federn. Die Anlage ist wirklich weitläufig, was aber wahrscheinlich nur im Winter ein Nachteil ist.

Es ist alles toll gewesen. Für die Kinder ein Paradies. Ob es das Essen ist oder die Freizeitbeschäftigung für große und kleine Kinder.
