One night on the way into the mountains

Was surprisingly quiet even though our room faced the street. Tea in the room and a water cooker. Electric chargers right in front of hotel. Nice staff.

One has heard everything from the hall. We were lucky that there weren’t many people at the hotel. Also our heating smelled.

Hotel needs refurbishment . Hotel is geared towards the outside spaces .

Lake view room was a bonus. But expensive

Lack of comfortable indoor public rooms. Small bar in hotel lobby. Rubber non slip mat is definitely required if you stay in a room with a wet room bathroom. I asked for one the first day and was told they didn’t have one. Had to use towels to make the floor safe.

It wasn’t really equipped when there was bad weather - small seating area, no indoor spa or pool just a tiny gym, bar staff slow.

Nice hotel but an overtly commercial approach taken by the hotel management.

View across the lake from the pool and balcony, breakfast choices, the reception and waiting staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Could have been perfect but felt our experience and comfort were compromised by a Ryan Air like approach to adding costs.

Our enjoyment of the hotel was regularly interrupted by what can only be described as the overtly commercial approach of the hotel management who were unsubtle in trying to drive up customer spend during our stay. Many examples. Pool side yoga class? 20 Euro. Use of spa? 19 Euro per person per hour. Private (pay extra) seating areas around the pool that also ate into an already small pool surround. Our deluxe room furnished to a minimum standard, no water, no fridge, minimal tea and coffee, cheap plastic chairs. Worse still, a month before we arrived we cancelled breakfast for four of the nights, the management flatly refused to offer a refund or even credit us for the amount we paid. I could go on, but hopefully some constructive feedback here that will help to reprioritise the guest experience. Could have been fab.

Stunning location, high-end but pricey bar and restaurant

stunning location, wonderful lake swimming and walks round the lake, including to Annecy. Good aircon and decent sized family room. Choice of two (very good but expensive)restaurants and plenty of others nearby.

The bar is extremely expensive (tho it’s partly this whole area in high season). Pool has fantastic views but it and the number of sun loungers is small given the number of guests the hotel can accommodate.

Location, views, facilities, great restaurant and fantastic staff. Annecy town 5 minutes by car or 30 minute walk, well worth a visit.

Great location and beautiful outdoor facilities!

The location is perfect for lake access and getting around on bikes. I loved the flowers and landscaping in the gardens, really gorgeous! The swimming pool was lovely and the seating area was at the other side was very relaxing with fantastic double sun beds.

The rooms were quite dated and decorated in very dark colours which needed brightening up. The furniture on the balcony wasn’t particularly comfortable for sitting on. The reception area is quite cramped and the access to the rooms via reception is a bit strange as you walk through sitting areas and a narrow corridor.

Lovely place to stay and beautiful garden overlooking the lake

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time in the garden and visiting Annency. The room was clean and comfortable but did have a bit of a strange smell. The garden overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful and the flowers and landscaping with the different seating areas were all wonderful. The weather was hot and sunny so it was a shame that the pool wasn't opened a little earlier. We also found the hot tub usage quite expensive. We would have loved to use it but 18€pp for an hour was a bit expensive for the time.

Fabulous

The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, very clean and supplied with everything you need for your stay. The views over the lake and the mountains are spectacular. There is a private underground garage and a cycle store if needed. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect. Easy access from the main road and direct access to the walking/cycling path around the lake.

The parking is somewhat limited and a bit tight, but adequate.

Beautiful, quiet location, a bit overpriced

The hotel is beautifully situated at the shore of Lake Annecy, only a few km from the town Annecy. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, beds comfy and the view from our room was stunning (lake view with snow topped mountains raising right behind it). The breakfast room/restaurant has the same few - spectacular. There were enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel. We also liked the fact that there is no road between the hotel and the lake, just a bike & foot path, so it was nice and quiet at night.

Generally a bit overpriced. The one rather old elevator is very small and claustrophobic. To get to reception one has to climb some rather steep stairs - not easy with a heavy suitcase. Nobody offered help with carrying luggage. The hotel charged 15€ extra for the dog per night but did not even provide a feeding/water bowl.

Superb

The scenery from the room was fantastic, and I walked down to the lake. Food in restaurants is gorgeous, albeit limited options in fabulous panoramic view. Room with juliet balcony was clean, well presented as publicised. Comfortable bed.. Would definitely return and look forward to seeing the pool finished. We arrived early, and they let us check in as the room was ready.

we love this hotel and this was not the first time we stayed at the Beauregard Hotel. Always stay in rooms 404, it is just perfect for the family with kids

i found a toilet missing on the 2nd floor : ) Jacuzzi was closed because of the pouring rain, we got to return again

Disappointing

the location, view, free parking option. The room was very clean.

In our room there was zero sound isolation, we could hear everything and everyone going upstairs and downstairs. We even heard someone taking a shower in the room in front of ours. Staff was not friendly and welcoming, as any information we had to ask ourselves. Before arriving at the hotel, we have called them in the morning to notify them about our arrival time. However, the receptionist told me to call at a different hour later that day as she couldn't speak English. The restaurant is overly priced for what you get. No mini fridge in our room to store water or other drinks.
