A brilliant and restful experience

We loved the location of the hotel. We had a lovely stay. We had cycled from Roscoff and were looking forward to a good restful nights sleep. The room was clean and tidy and spacious with a lovely bathroom. The water was cold, however we mentioned this to the reception staff and this was swiftly fixed. We found delicious food near by and then enjoyed watching the womens euro football on the TV in our room. We had a wonderful stay.

Scam hotel avoid at all costs,

Total scam. Avoid this hotel. After taking money there is no way to contact them, just a voice mail to which nobody answers and an email which nobody replies to. They have a weird check in between 17:00 and 20:00, we had delays travelling from St Malo and atrived at 20:30, just a locked door with no way to get in, clearly no other guests as nobody going in or out. Shady area as some guys on street watching street from doorways.we tried to call, send mails for over an hour, nobody coming or leaving. It was raining and cold. We left 8 messages on thier answering machine, no answer. No call, no entry code via email or sms. Even next morning no mail or callback eventually we booked at another hotel which was good. This is a SCAM hotel with no customer service at all.

To be clear we are all for remote receptions via call center, autometed systems etc. etc, however total radio silence, not a single info from hotel after booking and paying for a night, not a single confirmation, mail, smsm, nothing despite several attempts to contact them. Do not be fooled by nice pictures this is a scam hotel, they take money and have zero customer support.

nothing to like

so many things to list down, how ever following is most important thing that people need to be aware there is no lift, I have put up in 4th floor, I had knee injury, there is no one to assist and no front desk functional all time, I had to suffer climbing up with heavy suitcase no air con, door has traditional key 🔑 there is absolutely nothing functional at this hotel

very clean, recently renovated room. good water pressure in the shower in 3rd floor. normally would not book a 2 star hotel, but this was a pleasant surprise.Suppose the lack of an elevator was one of the reasons for the two stars. good location and breakfast with fresh fruits in season. close to shops and restaurants.

The room on the 4th floor with balcony is great, the style of the room is nice, comfy beds, modern deco.

The furniture was a little dusty. The reception is open only certain hours. Check out at 11h.

Belle étape pour un passage sur Brest ( découverte de la ville ,sortie , concerts ou événement particulier)

Proximité , central, proche de la station de tramway, possibilité de se garer (horodateur) en face ce qui est pratique. L’accueil et les conseils de la personne à la réception ( professionnelle, accommodante, et efficace )

Központi elhelyezkedés, pár méterre a sétálóutcától. A harmadik emeleten volt a szobánk, amely elég nagy, tágas szoba, csodálatos kilátással a templomra. A közelben rengeteg bár, kávézó, pékség, a vasárnapi piac közvetlen a mellette lévő utcában. A vasúti pályaudvar 10 perces sétával elérhető. A recepción kedves, segítőkész Hölgy. A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges választékkal, helyi és környékbeli finomságokkal. Kényelmes ágy, felújított fürdőszoba zuhanyzóval.

Accueil chaleureux et patronne super sympa et arrangeante. Chambre très propre et petit déjeuner extra. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. L'hôtel ne paie pas de mine quand on arrive, la surprise en est d'autant plus agréable.

L’emplacement n’était pas mauvais ! Ma note n’est pas d’une étoile mais 3 grâce à la sympathique de la personne à l’accueil.

La connexion internet était nul. J’étais sur Brest pour un déplacement professionnel, et je n’ai pas pu traiter mes mails depuis la chambre .. par conséquent, je devais sortir de l’hôtel et aller travailler ailleurs. Idem pour se détendre sur son téléphone, le réseau Free ne passe pas au premier étage et le wifi ne marche pas donc. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment léger.

Séjour très agréable pour une courte escapade à Brest à l'occasion d'un spectacle au Quartz

Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très accueillant. Tout proche de la rue du Siam et du Quartz ou nous avions réservé un spectacle

L'hotel a bénéficié de travaux récent sans doute, les chambres sont très bien. Seul petit problème, il y a 4 étages, nous étions au 3eme et il n'y a pas d’ascenseur.. c'est donc à savoir. Pas de seche cheveux dans les chambres.. mais peut être y en a t'il à la demande à l'accueil

La peinture des murs écaillée, les plaintes sales, le matelas vétuste. L'isolation phonique est une catastrophe, on entend les chambres voisines, les portes qui claquent, les escaliers qui grincent.

Zentraler geht nicht. Preis/Leistung sehr gut

Die Lage. Mitten drin. Im Umkreis von 500m ist der Hafen, die Einkaufsmeile und vieles weitere erreichbar. Die Zimmer nach hinten gehen Richtung Markthalle die allerdings derzeit eine Großbaustelle ist. Es war aber auch Mo. Morgen als begonnen wurde mit der Arbeit und So. Morgen wo Markt war durch gute Fenster leise. Deswegen fallen die kostenlosen Parkplätze weg! Wir wohl bis Ende 2026 dauern. Wir könnten da wir am Wochenende da waren aber kostenlos von Sa. Abend bis Mo. Morgen umsonst direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Das Frühstück hat alles was man sich wünscht und ist umfangreich. Witzig war das Badezimmer in einem sehr geräumigen Wandschrank. Siehe Bild. Ob das andere Zimmer haben wissen wir nicht. Unser war im ersten Stock.

Tür zum Bad hatte keine Schließmöglichkeit von der Bad Seite aus.. Es war kein Fön im Bad und nur ein Satz Handtücher, allerdings hatten wir erst ca. 4 Stunden vor dem einchecken gebucht. Es war aber kein Problem morgens uns einen zweiten Satz zu holen.
