A brilliant and restful experience

We loved the location of the hotel. We had a lovely stay. We had cycled from Roscoff and were looking forward to a good restful nights sleep. The room was clean and tidy and spacious with a lovely bathroom. The water was cold, however we mentioned this to the reception staff and this was swiftly fixed. We found delicious food near by and then enjoyed watching the womens euro football on the TV in our room. We had a wonderful stay.

Scam hotel avoid at all costs,

Total scam. Avoid this hotel. After taking money there is no way to contact them, just a voice mail to which nobody answers and an email which nobody replies to. They have a weird check in between 17:00 and 20:00, we had delays travelling from St Malo and atrived at 20:30, just a locked door with no way to get in, clearly no other guests as nobody going in or out. Shady area as some guys on street watching street from doorways.we tried to call, send mails for over an hour, nobody coming or leaving. It was raining and cold. We left 8 messages on thier answering machine, no answer. No call, no entry code via email or sms. Even next morning no mail or callback eventually we booked at another hotel which was good. This is a SCAM hotel with no customer service at all.

To be clear we are all for remote receptions via call center, autometed systems etc. etc, however total radio silence, not a single info from hotel after booking and paying for a night, not a single confirmation, mail, smsm, nothing despite several attempts to contact them. Do not be fooled by nice pictures this is a scam hotel, they take money and have zero customer support.

nothing to like

so many things to list down, how ever following is most important thing that people need to be aware there is no lift, I have put up in 4th floor, I had knee injury, there is no one to assist and no front desk functional all time, I had to suffer climbing up with heavy suitcase no air con, door has traditional key 🔑 there is absolutely nothing functional at this hotel

The receptionist came back to help me out (reception is closed in the middle of the day) so I could leave my bags there whilst i went out to explore.

very clean, recently renovated room. good water pressure in the shower in 3rd floor. normally would not book a 2 star hotel, but this was a pleasant surprise.Suppose the lack of an elevator was one of the reasons for the two stars. good location and breakfast with fresh fruits in season. close to shops and restaurants.

The room on the 4th floor with balcony is great, the style of the room is nice, comfy beds, modern deco.

The furniture was a little dusty. The reception is open only certain hours. Check out at 11h.

La localisation centrale.

Une isolation inexistante, on entend les voisins d’à côté et ceux d’en haut également, sans parler des clients du bar juste en dessous. Je n’ai croisé qu’une seule fois quelqu’un de l’hôtel en 2 jours étant donné que les horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil étaient limités.

Hôtel charmant avec de bonnes prestations. Accueil convivial. Chambre propre. Superficie satisfaisante. Literie agréable. Petit déjeuner avec produits frais et possibilité de service en chambre. Bons conseils fournis pour les restaurants à proximité.

Prévoir une étagère supplémentaire dans la penderie pour ranger les affaires.

Belle étape pour un passage sur Brest ( découverte de la ville ,sortie , concerts ou événement particulier)

Proximité , central, proche de la station de tramway, possibilité de se garer (horodateur) en face ce qui est pratique. L’accueil et les conseils de la personne à la réception ( professionnelle, accommodante, et efficace )

Központi elhelyezkedés, pár méterre a sétálóutcától. A harmadik emeleten volt a szobánk, amely elég nagy, tágas szoba, csodálatos kilátással a templomra. A közelben rengeteg bár, kávézó, pékség, a vasárnapi piac közvetlen a mellette lévő utcában. A vasúti pályaudvar 10 perces sétával elérhető. A recepción kedves, segítőkész Hölgy. A reggeli svédasztalos, bőséges választékkal, helyi és környékbeli finomságokkal. Kényelmes ágy, felújított fürdőszoba zuhanyzóval.

Let op! Bij thuiskomst bleek dat de prijs voor de kamers 2 keer was ingehouden op mijn visacard. Na reclamering werd erkent door het hotel dat teveel is ingehouden. Maar na bijna maand nog steeds niet teruggestort..
