About this cottage rental
Located in a quiet central location in Wagga's hospital precinct, our cottage awaits your arrival.
Offering free high speed Wi-Fi and a 55 inch 4K smart TV, which you can easily log into your own streaming services. This, along with ducted air conditioning and ducted gas heating, you will be comfortable at any time of the year.
The kitchen is fully renovated and offers a fan forced electric oven and gas 4 burner cooktop and plenty of bench space if self catering is your style. We also offer complimentary tea and pod coffee
There are 4 bedrooms with bed configurations as follows
Bedroom 1 has 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2 has 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds
Bedroom 4 has 1 x king single bed
There is also a single folding bed that can be set up in the lounge area or in bedroom 2.
Note: If a booking is made for 1 guest, only 1 bed is to be slept in, if 2 guests are booked, a maximum of 2 beds can be slept in and so on. Extra beds that are used beyond the number of guests staying will be charged at a rate of $30 per night.
There is undercover parking for 1 car, but the driveway will fit 2. There is also plenty of free off street parking.
There is an outdoor Al Fresco dining area with BBQ, sink, servery, ping pong table and plenty of seating. The yard is safe and secure.
There are two bathrooms with 1 offering a bath. There is one toilet in the second bathroom.
Check-in is made easy and you can check in whenever you like after 2pm by retrieving the key from the locked box at the side, car port entrance of the cottage. The key code will be provided closer to your arrival.

Shady corner was perfect for my 5 weeks in Wagga for work. The house was huge, warm and homely, and very well equipped for cooking and washing. There were plenty of cooking utensils and cleaning products, which meant that I didn’t have to spend money on getting set up with things I’d usually have at home. There is a lovely yard and outdoor BBQ that would be great in summer (unfortunately I was here in the thick of winter, but the house had fabulous central heating that was very effective!). The hosts were very lovely and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!

Wife, dog & I had a great stay at this place - would use again. All that was missing was a working lockable screen to the bbq area, so our dog couldn't escape (I'm sure an easy fix for next time)

Such a lovely stay at the cottage.
This listing was so accurate and Troy was so easy to reach and check in during our stay.
Plenty of space for the family. The table tennis table was a nice surprise. The kids loved it.

Central (ish) location with good amenities. Pet friendly, although the ground needs to be cleaned (dog poop all over). Owner must ask travellers to clean up after their dogs.
The main living area was clean and pleasant, while the rest needs some more attention to cleaning. Thanks otherwise.
