Villa Four Seasons can accommodate max. 9 people and offers you complete comfort for your perfect vacation.

With the Mediterranean spirit woven into every part, the Villa is created for relaxation that will turn your summer vacation into an unforgettable experience. Next to the Villa are two terraces, ideal for drinking morning coffee or barbecueing, perfect for dining and socializing in the evening with a glass of wine that we produce ourselves.

The entire estate covers 1700m2. Next to the large covered parking lot there is a large indoor recreation area. In it, you will feel as if you are in the nature, because it is painted on three sides with beautiful photos depicting the nearby natural beauties, while on the south side there is a glass wall along the entire length through which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the green hills and the Biokovo mountain. There you can play billiards, table football, exercise on a professional multifunctional fitness machine or relax in the sauna, while you listen to the music of your choice on the large speaker.

In front of the recreation area there is a large lawn where you can play badminton or table tennis, while on the north side of the two large terraces is a bocce court. On the west side of the house, also on the lawn, there is a playground for children. The public tennis court, which is free to use, is located near the gas station, which is 1 km from the Villa.

The Villa has a large garden where we grow seasonal vegetables, all of which you can consume during your stay, and 100m north of the villa on an area of 2000m2 is a large olive grove where we produce extra virgin olive oil every year, which regularly wins gold medals for quality in competitions.

The living area of the Villa is located on the ground floor, which includes a toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including numerous appliances, utensils, spices and oils.

The living area is connected on the west side by a sliding glass wall with a large covered terrace CROATIAN DREAM (55m2) equipped with a summer kitchen, barbecue, dining table, comfortable seating, toilet and a pool area with an outdoor shower and wooden deckchairs, which offers another place to enjoy and relax. The entire space exudes tranquility and privacy. The terrace on the north side is glazed with 5 painted sliding glass walls that, depending on the temperature and wind, can be completely closed or opened. The entire environment of the pool, garden and terrace is intimately lit to create the perfect atmosphere for romantic summer evenings. The atmosphere can be additionally completed with music of your choice via a large speaker.

Above covered terrace, there is an open HILL VIEW terrace of 45m2. On it you will find deckchairs for sunbathing and a swing for sitting, while the edges of the terrace are covered with flowers. During the day, terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, and at night, a view of the starry sky.

The Villa has 3 large rooms with their own bathroom.
The first one, OLIVE ROOM, with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the remaining two, which also have large bathrooms, are located on the first floor. All three rooms have large king-sized beds measuring 210x200 cm, on which you will sleep comfortably.

On the east side of the Villa is the ADRIATIC ROOM, with one double bed, while on the west side is the GALLERY ROOM, which has a large king-sized bed and two single beds measuring 200x90cm. One is located on the gallery, and the other one is below it. Each room has a wardrobe, a chair and a dressing table, and in each bathroom there are wall wardrobes with many towels in three different sizes, a hair dryer, hairwash and shower products.

All rooms in the house, as well as the recreation area, are fully air-conditioned.
