About this house rental

Gorgeous Bob Lake Waterfront and property. Just a 5 min drive to the charming town of Minden. Drive through gorgeous forest to this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom "Old-English style" family-oriented cottage with separate bunkie and separate loft out-buildings for a total of 4 bedrooms plus an outdoor sauna. Beautiful waterfront - ideal for swimming, boating, and days in the sun. Sleeps 10 plus a pullout couch and futon. Includes kayaks and canoe.

For July and August, rentals are weekly, from Sat - Sat.

We loved our week at this cottage. The cottage is well equipped, with comfortable beds. The cottage was very clean and communication with Bob was immediate. The weather was not great for part of the week but we were cozy with the wood stove and found that the windows and doors were solid enough to keep the place warm. The property is private and very close to Minden with a great road into the cottage.

The wood burning sauna and fire pit were nice especially as it was on the cooler end during our stay. The kids enjoyed the lake, kayaking and the paddle boating . The owner and his family live next door and checked up on us to see if everything was okay and were quick to respond to any questions we had.

What a great place to get away for a family retreat! A cozy well equipped cottage with owners who go out of their way to make you feel welcome & well looked after. The kayaking & outdoor sauna were both a hit & the ability to layback & just take in the scenery was a pleasure.
