Feel like home

Dario and Ljubica were most wonderful hosts, they gave us welcome drink, sit with us for small talk, gave us goodbye present and even Mrs. Ljubica baked cake for us. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well equiped. Surround was amazing and lot of shade, what is very good in these Hot days. From the backyard you can go to beach in 2 minutes, were we were literally only one on the beach. Village Luka is few minutes from house and it is so pitoresque, with kids playing on plaground, local people walking, real life on peninsula. 5 minutes from house is amazing restaurant opg Ficovic with private beach and amazing seafood. We will come back for sure.

Perfect place for a quiet and relaxing stay

The host were very friendly and welcoming and we felt like we were at home. Thank you very much for that. The apartment was the cleanest we have ever seen. It is equipped with everything necessary and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. We can recommend it for singles, couple and families with babies.

It's not for someone who is looking for a party. It's around 5km away from the closest city (Ston). It didn't bother us though.

Superb accomodation.

Superb accomodation. Loved the terrace and views over the bay. Dario and his wife cooked a lovely meal and took me out on a boat trip along the bay. Perfectly set in paradise cove with very limited footfall, for those who prefer peace and quiet. Highly recommend (10/10).

Excellent! wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent property and hosts. The best place we stayed in Croatia. Right near Ston. The hosts Dario and Ljubica are so kind and helpful. They cooked us meals-wonderful fish, muscles, oysters and bread. You walk through a small path and you at the water. Beautiful. The apartment has everything and lots of space and a balcony. Parking was great!

Charming peaceful apartment

10++++ This is a beautiful cosy well equipped extremely clean apartment,with a lovley view of the garden and the sea. Dario and his wife are exceedingly warm,friendly and generous.The village is charming, it's small, lovley and very peaceful.We would highly reccomend.We will return.

Great getaway from crowds of people.

Hosts were exceptional, distance to the nearest beach 50-70m. Peace and quiet, warm-ish sea. Small beach with not too many people perfect for relaxation. Small village, no shops or restaurants.

Lots of mosquitoes! This has nothing to do with the apartment itself but if you want 100% relaxation and to be able to sit outside bring your own mosquito repellent spray. Hosts provide you with two small devices against them but you have to buy Raid "tiles" or squares, blue or green color depending on the manufacturer which you can then change on a daily basis.

Everything wen smoothly except Google map guidance.

Had nice dinner with the hosts with freshly caught fish. It was nice to take a walk early in the morning, though the seashore is not particularly nicely organized. There was no place open to have a cup of coffee, but the hosts offered when I returned from my walk.

The parking spot requires great care when entering and exciting, because a tire can easily go off the concrete into a void. Be careful.

Dario and his wife were so nice and welcoming. They took us on a boat ride and fishing and even made a large meal for us afterwards which was delicious. All in all a really nice stay in a spacious apartment.

The apartment is clean and comfortably furnished. It has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. The beach is a few meters from the apartment and there is always enough space on the beach. The apartment is located in a small and quiet place perfect for relaxation and rest. The hosts welcomed us wonderfully and kindly invited us to a fish dinner on the day of departure. We enjoyed hearing the details about Luka and Ston and the surrounding area. Thanks a lot again!

Cozy vacation home for a small family.

The hosts were really doing their best to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The apartment was immaculately clean with all kitchen appliances one might need. On the last night, they cooked fish and muscles for us which Dario (the host) personally caught ( and meat for our younger son who is not into sea food).

TV set could be updated (for those who watch it).

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die netten Vermieter mit Begrüßungsgetränk und selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Sehr schöne, ruhige und etwas abgelegene Gegend. Privater Parkplatz vor dem Grundstück. Direkter Zugang zum Meer durch den Garten.

Remanso de paz

La tranquilidad del sitio. Todo muy limpio. Los anfitriones maravillosos, nos recibieron con un vino y un aperitivo, nos regalaron un postre y otro dia nos sorprendieron con una merienda. Es un sitio ideal para venir a desconectar, desde la casa se accede a una pequela playa Wifi de alta velocidad para poder estar conectado.. Es divertido despertarse con el canto del gallo del vecino. Un sitio 100% recomendable.

Concediu Luka -Ston 2025

Gazde foarte drăguțe și amabile. 🥰 Din cele 7 zile cât am petrecut la Vila Ruza, de 4 ori am primit ceva dulce, prăjituri de casă făcute de gazda noastră. Am fost invitați și la cină cu pește in ultima seară înainte de plecare. Din cele 8 experiențe ce le-am avut până acum în Croația, aici am fost cel mai bine tratați. Am fost plimbați și cu barca prin golf, pe lângă insulițele din apropiere. Și am primit si un cadou la plecare!🤗 Apartamentul de sus este frumos, confortabil și foarte curat, cu vedere la mare de pe terasa mare. Gazdele stau jos, la parter. Plaja cea mai apropiată cu ieșire direct prin gradina casei, la aprox 50-100 m, este aproape privată, erau momente când eram doar noi pe plaja. Orașul Ston la 4-5 km de vizitat, și de urcat pe zidurile orașului până la Mali Ston. La ieșire din orășelul Ston exista Plodine un supermarket aprox la 2,5 km de Vila Ruza. Deasemenea, orașul Dubrovnik este aproape, până în 50 km, de mers cu mașina aprox 1 h trebuie neapărat vizitat. 🕍 Per total am avut și zile foarte relaxante de făcut plaja, baie și citit; dar și zile în forță când am vizitat Old Town-Dubrovnik, sau Orașul Ston și zidurile până la Mali Ston.

Belle maison, bien équipée avec des hôtes très sympathiques

Les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes. Il nous ont très bien reçu et ils ont pris vraiment le temps de partager un très bon moment avec nous. La maison est très bien équipée et le cadre est très reposant.

Le lit pour deux enfants était un peu juste….

Bel emplacement au cœur de la vie locale , excellent accueil

Hôtes d’une tres grande gentillesse, plein de petites attentions pour nous faire plaisir, belle vue mer, petite plage accessible par le fond du jardin, appartement très bien équipé et d’une propreté irréprochable, étape idéale pour visiter la muraille de Ston et prendre le bateau ensuite pour Mljet. Lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche si tienes coche

El lugar estuvo bien para pasar una noche. Íbamos con niños y tuvimos todo lo necesario. Había parking gratis. La zona era muy tranquila, sin ruidos.

El sofá cama no es muy confortable. La bañera está justo donde está puesto el calentador, una persona alta lo pasaría mal para ducharse y tendría que sentarse obligatoriamente. Hay escaleras para acceder, y una vez dentro hay escaleras en la entrada y también un pequeño escalón para entrar al baño.

Super locatie en mensen

Super lieve mensen we kregen bij aankomst gelijk een biertje en mevrouw had heerlijke sardientjes met brood voor ons klaar staan. Daarna moesten we nog een soort heerlijke cake proberen (Die echt super lekker was) Het leek een beetje of je bij je opa en oma op bezoek was, erg gezellig we voelde ons meteen thuis en op ons gemak. Zeker een aanrader.

Tolle Vermieter, schöner Ort

Wirklich sehr herzensgute Vermieter, die uns bei einem medizinischen Problem am Ende sehr geholfen haben und meine Frau und unseren Mietwagen nach Dubrovnik gebracht haben. Wer die Halbinsel entdecken will ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Absolute Empfehlung!
