Wonderful house in a relaxing environment with private pool. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. In addition to the small bathroom there was a downstairs toilet. Florian was a super nice host and gave us a special tour to the brewery and was very helpful with tips what to do in the area.

The four of us were all very happy with our stay.

Florian’s relaxed and easygoing manner put us at our ease as soon as we arrived which was just what we needed. The first two days were very hot and the girls loved having the little pool to play in. Florian gave us very good tips on things to do - the Cháteau de Fougères, the local farmer’s market, (including his award winning beer), the treetop adventure centre nearby in the Forêt de Fougères, forest walks and Mont St Michel 40 minutes drive away. We did them all and still had time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in the week we had there.

A choice of more subdued lighting in the kitchen/living room area would have been nice. The garden close to the cottage was a little tired. A few plants and flowers would have helped.

Perfect place and host

This place was everything we were dreaming of for our holiday: - The host, Florian was the most friendly, welcoming and kind person. He even helped us out when our car broke down. He gave us great tips about the local attractions that were significant to our journey - we loved them all - The house is very comfortable, spacious with everything you need for rest and independent cooking - Very comfortable beds (10/10) - The area that belongs to the property is huge and we could explore, enjoy the nature, horses and goats. It was extraordinary - We loved our evenings with looking at the night sky in the very quiet surroundings

The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing. The house is big, and the host was very welcoming. Recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy rural charm, but just 30 min from the main tourist attractions.

Everything was perfect. Wonderful surrondings, big garden with own forest and a lovely chateau. The appartman was fully equieped, we found everything we were looking for. The host, Florian extremly kind and helpful, we were able to visit the beer manufacture either. Quiet location perfect for recreation. I warmly suggest this appartman for everybody.

Exceptional

We stayed two nights in this accommodation as we wanted to visit Mt St Michel (who is about 40 minutes away) The location is definitely great: it’s quiet, the landscape is astonishing, and there is a lot of place if you wan to walk and try to watch wild animals. Regarding the host, Florian is definitely reactive if you have any questions regarding your stay. He’s really talkative and accessible, He’s making his own beer, and if you kindly ask, he’ll definitely open his laboratory to you. He’s really passionate by his job, and I bet you’ll definitely learn something ! As a conclusion, I highly recommend the place for any stay, as I’ll definitely rebook it myself id I need to stay around the next time !

Fijne plek op het platteland

Fijne ligging op het platteland. Florian is super gastvrij. Heeft ons een rondleiding door de brouwerij gegeven en was zeer behulpzaam. Heel fijn dat we fietsen konden gebruiken om de omgeving te verkennen.

Natuurlijk ben je op het platteland en daardoor zijn er ontzettend veel vliegen. Horren voor de ramen/ deur zou een goed idee zijn.

Landelijk, rust en zeer comfortabel.

De locatie was geweldig. Vrij uitzicht over de paardenwei, geitjes en prachtige oude bomen met maretakken. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en sympathiek. Hij heeft ons zijn bierworkshop en brasserie laten zien. Ook was er een boerenmarkt maar hij zijn bier verkocht. Zijn bier heeft een hoge onderscheiding gekregen. Het zwembad was privé en heel schoon vers water. Ook 2 tweepersoonsbedden beschikbaar en erg fijne matrassen. Fougère is een leuke stad in de buurt en ook Mont-Saint-Michel is goed te bereiken vanaf hier.

Veel vliegen maar dat hoort bij het landelijke karakter.

L’accueil est vraiment très agréable, Florian est très sympa et gentil. La maison est très cosy et fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables. La piscine a fait le plaisir de notre fille malgré le temps frais. Un parc très sympa pour les balades avec des arbres très impressionnants et des chèvres très mimi ☺️ La cité médiévale de Fougères pas très loin.

Accueil superbe et la visite de la brasserie splendide ! Je recommande à 100%! Florian est super gentil et accueillant, il connaît sa région et nous a permis de découvrir des lieux incroyables . Nous sommes restés 2 semaines et nous avons eu de la peine à repartir!

Logement spacieux et plutôt bien équipé.

Niveau de prestation incohérent avec la note booking de 9,3. Logement humide. Dégât des eaux non-signalé par le gérant à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû refaire une partie de ménage à notre arrivée (chaise bébé moisie et sale, des dizaines d'araignées et leurs toiles, verres collés aux étagères). Aménagements extérieurs partiellement incohérents avec les photos booking.

Un séjour en famille qui s'est bien déroulé grâce à un cadre agréable et un logement confortable

Nous avons loué 2 gîtes pour accueillir l'ensemble de la famille (8 adultes + 3 enfants/ados). Nous nous sommes retrouvés pour partager un repas ensemble sur l'une des 2 terrasses assez spacieuses pour ce faire. Le cadre est agréable et calme, en pleine campagne, la proximité avec les animaux présents est un vrai plus pour les amoureux de la nature. L'accueil de Florian est chaleureux, il veille particulièrement à notre confort (mise à notre disposition d'un second barbecue, piscine nettoyée), nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le logement est propre, rénové et dispose de tous les accessoires utiles. La literie est confortable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Le gite des prés est très fonctionnel et bien pensé. Le propriétaire des lieux très accueillant et sympathique. Les extérieurs sont reposants et agréables avec des chevaux comme voisins ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour professionnel.

Je propose de changer la pomme de douche qui n'est pas très pratique alors que la douche est très bien. Si vous pouviez insérer dans l'annonce Booking l'option ménage avec le tarif (50 ou 85 €), cela éviterait d'avoir à refaire un second virement.
