Great value for money, clean and very nice staff in reception

Great value for money. Near the train station and the centre of Brest. Real bonus to have a small fridge in room.

Maybe add a way to make coffee.

Good base to explore the city

Friendly staff. The room was very clean, like the bath with the big shower. I liked the place which was near the station and very central. The bike could be stored in a safe place.

The promised balcony on the 4th floor was disappointing, but not that important. The Internet did not work properly.

Great location. Some staff were very helpful and flexible. Shutters on the window.

Decoration was dated. When we asked for extra things at breakfast, that had been finished before we arrived, we were told it wasn’t possible and therefore we had less options at the breakfast.

Charming old french hotel with wonderful staff.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and the rooms were beautifully furnished despite their small size. The shower was quite spacious.

The bathroom door was a bit flimsy, so unless you travel with your partner, you might lack privacy. The hotel is located right on a main road, so it was quite loud.

Very good

The hotel is very good value, very close to the centre of Brest. The staff were lovely and the breakfast really good. It was nice to be on a busy street but hear nothing due to the triple glazing.

Some of the facilities such as the shower were a little bit dated but the rooms were extremely comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

Nice location . Friendly staff and comfortable bed .. although the room on the ground floor at the back was not as nice as the room I have stayed in before on the 2nd floor . Nice stay though

Very convenient location for the railway station, rooms are clean, and the reception staff extremely pleasant. Rooms about on par for a 2 star hotel--comfortable enough, but not remarkable in any way.

The room was quite small, and quite cold during our stay (January). No additional blankets in the room, though we did get one after asking in the reception (no such luck asking for a heater).

Enjoyed the local market, and visited the maritime museum.

Helpful and welcoming staff. The layout and furniture of the room was really nice. Bed was comfortable.

Traffic noise: the temperature was so warm that we had to have the widows open which meant that we were disturbed by the traffic noise.

- very close to main train station and as well close to tram that brings you to all attractions in this beautiful city - friendly and helpfull staff - better than expectet for a 2* hotel :-)

The hotel is located in the center of Brest. There is a large parking lot just across the street where we were able to park inexpensively. It is also 2 blocks from the tourist office, near all sorts of restaurants and a hub of transportation to anywhere in Brest and nearby towns as well. The staff is helpful and cordial. They called us by name during our whole stay and helped us with information and one small emergency. We were surprised to be given an “apartment” with its own separate and safe entrance from the street. It turned out to have a comfortable bedroom, a large sitting room, a huge closet and a bathroom with separate toilet. The sitting room opened onto the busy street below, but the double-paned windows kept all the sound out. Excellent wifi as well. It was much more than we had expected, and we enjoyed the space to spread out. The one and only thing I could possibly criticize is that the sitting room could have had a more comfortable chair or two, but, as I said, it was all extra space that we loved. Breakfast in the hotel lobby was very good and enough to keep us happy until at least time to stop for a coffee and pastry break in the late afternoon. Our stay was a pleasant one as well as an excellent value.
