The location was quiet, by the river with a view of the mountains outside. An easy walk across the little bridge to the Sanctuary. The staff were friendly and spoke English
We did not have a kettle in the room but when we asked for one, we were told it was not possible, however they always provided us with a pot of hot water to take to the room, any time of day or night. The bathroom was very small. It was difficult to move around to dry off after a shower

Instal·lacions de l'hotel excepte habitació.
L'habitació tenia davant seu els aparells d'aire condicionat de l'hotel veí que feien una fressa continuada. No vam poder obrir la finestra i l'habitació no estava climatitzada. Es va convertir en un forn en plena canícula. No haurien d'haver posat clients en aquella ala de l'hotel per sentit comú.
