Not a problem for us, but the water at the beach of the hotel is a bit wavy because of the wakeboard field nearby.

Nice resort on the bay.

This is a nice, well-maintained property on the waterfront, in the Zelena Laguna area of Porec. Our room had a lovely view of the bay and marina. The room itself was on the smaller side, though. We took the half-board option, worked out quite well. Both the breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. On Wed they have a 'gala event' for dinner, with live music and a lavish spread. There's some sort of live music event every weeknight at the Aperitiv bar. There are two swimming pools, well maintained and not very crowded. The hotel has lounging arrangements on the water front, and taking a swim in the sea is a good alternative - the water is as calm as a lake, and very clean. For the more adventerous, there's a water ski business that also offers speed boat/banana boat options. There's also a gym, a play area for kids, a game room and some massage/wellness facilities. There are a couple beach volley courts (public access) and a few tennis courts (needs to be booked separately). It's a 10 minute drive to the Porec old town. The other option is to take the tourist tram - the tram stop is 100 metres from the hotel, and the ride costs EUR 4 per person. The tram takes the scenic route along the coast. There are quite a few restaurants within 2 kms of the hotel. Car parking is in an open lot across the street. This can get quite full in the afternoons, as a lot of non-guests also park there.

Nice hotel on nice location

check in was pleasant, breakfast was decent, very nice location

bathroom was not cleaned. It had lot of dead bugs on the floor as well as dirt around faucet

Our stay with a one year old was exceptional.

The staff was excellent, from the reception, through the waiters, to cleaners, everyone was super friendly, positive and polite. We were really happy with the breakfast option, as well with the dinner, because everything was extraordinary. We travelled with a one year old, and every need have been fulfilled.

I think nothing. The lift was not working a couple of times, but it was solved usually in few hours.

Diversity in food choices, location, sea proximity, coctails, I was able to disconnect from my everyday life completely

The room upgrade is certainly necessary, cracks in the walls, old stains etc. nothing critical, however, certain quality level needs to be obtained

The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner was with a variety of choices. Location is good. Overall it was good value for the money spent in pre season.

Room wasn't clean enough, there were ants in the room and occasional bug. Furniture is old, I wouldn't say this is 4 star hotel.

The lication of the hotel is perfect. The staff was nit organised to handle the footballers.

-Wellness limited to only 2 hours and long queue -small wellness considering hotel has 260 rooms -inside pool is too cold, too many screaming kids in pool even though there is a separate section for kids in pool. So you can't even relax when kids are screaming around and jumping in pool -no drinks(not even water) at dinner buffet

Nice Spa hotel, with good facilities, nice variety of good quality food

Rooms were nice, food was good, hotel on a lovely complex.

Halfway through our stay the hotel started charging for water during dinner, when asked why? they couldn’t give a reasonable explanation ! it was such a pity and really unnecessary.
