    Overall as expected except the service of unfriendly staff, no one help with the luggage and lack of convenient facilities in the room such as water bottle and kettle. Housekeeping only clean bathroom, not the room and bed. Other than that, the rest are ok. The hotel is nice ancient style.

    The place is very nice, literally opposite Dracula's real home. If you want to experience how ot was living in medieval town, try this one. Gives the vibe, very atmospheric. Not just the building but also the furniture and surroundings. Felt unreal waking up to church bells ringing. All the facilities are there though, a good size bathroom and heating.
